Worst EV Charging Service Ever
The worst EV charging service ever I used till date. The customer support talks very rude. The charging station doesn’t not even work yet the money has been debited. I will never recommend this charging service for anyone ever.
No UPI Autopay
Wallet money a must for charging. If charging doesn’t work then money blocked. Better give UPI autopay convenience. Based on usage, let money get deducted.
FOR IOS doesn’t work .. had to call toll free support to start the charging.

Very poor app
The app is tough to use and navigation is not good. It always shows that there is some unread notifications, but you can’t find any. It will always show the count againts the app and bever goes off. Very annoying.

Dumbest update
The previous version of the app itself was good. For the sake of ui improvements they changed the interface and it looks really dumb. Half of the screen is freezed and only the remaining half is usable. Remove from fav does even ask for a confirmation. I accidentally touched it and it got removed 🤷🏻♂️ The loading animation looks more like a college project rather than a professional app 🤦🏻♂️

Waste of Time
My dear EV users, please do not rely on Relux. It’s totally waste. It will not work. It’s for the personal use of Relux business network. Not for all the EV users.
Good App
The customer service was excellent. One Star less for the breakdown time that I had to wait. The Star can be earned by providing seamless and hassle free service.
