Location GPS - Pendan
The GPS data software is inaccurate. If a pendant known to be at a specific (i.e.-home) address…..a search of time during a selected date shows the device to be at another local unrelated location entirely…..this matter should be urgently reviewed and corrected. The purpose of being able to track a device wearer (i.e. perhaps dementia/wandering tendency) is critical to their personal safety and a medical/family caregiver’s peace of mind. Please action this.

Good device terrible app
The app is so deficient that you couldn’t even find the phone number to call customer service. I want to add a caregiver and called customer service, they told me to add it o. The app and still cannot find where to add it.

Location is WAY off
I got the Life Assure product from o monitor my 83 yr old dad with dementia. Half the time he is WITH ME but the app says he is 40 min away closer to downtown Toronto. Some of the time, it doesn’t connect to show me where his location is at all! What good is this app when the GPS is so drastically off?! PLEASE fix this! We’re talking about the safety of our loved ones.

Unreliable…
Oftentimes it does not tell me when the senior has left the apartment. and I’ve also had instances where I try to “locate senior“ and that functionality does not work. So I don’t feel like I can count on the devices or the technology to be accurate or reliable. Disappointing and potentially dangerous.
