Very efficient and easily accessible. Makes the whole banking process much less complicated and stressful.

UPDATE - May 2026: My card was recently compromised and used out of state. I stopped using the card controls because of my previous review. But had I been ABLE to use it, those transactions would not have gone through. Thanks a lot, Renasant.
Things are not going well since the integration of the banking app with the card app. The card app worked while the banking app has issues. Now that they’re one and the same I get constant “couldn’t load card” errors. I expect growing pains with big changes, but this has gone on for over a month now. App QC isn’t a strong point with Renasant. If you lock down transaction types like I do, you may not be able to enable them when needed. So a major function of the now integrated app is pretty much worthless.

No longer works on iPhone 8
With Zero warning, I went to use my app around April 11 only to discover it no longer works on my phone. I’ve called customer service and they had no knowledge about this either so that was of no help. Feels as though I’m being forced into an expensive phone upgrade just to get my banking info. No thanks, guess I’ll have to start looking for a new bank. That’s ridiculous, not everyone wants to upgrade every other month.

Why is mobile app not working?
No longer works on iPhone 8 iOS 16
This was quite a quiet change, as I logged in this morning fine, then suddenly 3 hours later; constantly refreshing login splash screen that killed my battery within 5 minutes, no update available to the app, and no further updates possible to this iOS. I’ll change banks/use safari before I’ll allow a company that’s meant to help me MANAGE my money, force me to SPEND more for a new phone, when this phone is physically perfect. Beware though, using safari won’t be possible for too much longer, as the “certificate warning” started today as well, when it worked fine on safari earlier. Mobile banking is certainly convenient, but ceases to be so when it starts costing you money to use it. I’ve been with Renasant for 10+ years, with serious ups/downs here/there, the worst being their removal of your ability to notate transfers/charges. Removing the ability to notate was ALMOST enough to make me change banks, but if they’re trying to force me to waste money on a new device; I’ve probably found the REAL deal breaker.

I’ve been with Renaissance Bank since 1991 and it was People’s bank back. Then they remained a stable and solid Bank. I really respect their practices and their actions and they always have protected me from front and many over the years occurrences that always stood behind what they said, and they’re a good solid group of people that in every branch I find to be friendly thank you
