Wanted to hate it
Renasant took over my local bank and i just opposed it so much that i barely used the app. However, once i came around, I realised that the app is super intuitive and very modern for a banking app.

I think when you log in and just want to see your balance. There should be a button to select just to see your balance without logging all the way complete in the app

When making an online transfer, there should be a line to add reason for transfer. Example: to pay contractor, to order shoes, or to pay phone bill, etc

Overdraft fees
The computer and higher up are scamming people with to many overdraft fees you look at your APP and it is not calculated the same on your phone and it is not calibrating correctly and you think you have money then it changes the next day. It is never right. It is a glitch so they can charge more money. As a member showing that I put the b thousands every week. A $200.00 ,$150.00 ,
$50.00 dollar charge should be covered and a phone call. With a 24 hour amount of time to fix it. If not then do not let it through. You don’t just keep charging the client 6 overdraft fees what the Hell. 🤯🤯🤦it’s not elementary it’s called a SCAM…..

Deposit
It does not make clear that you can deposit taking a picture of a check until you get through the process. You should let people know when doing a deposit, taking a picture as an option. I was trying to figure out how to deposit using the camera. I just feel it could be made clearer. That’s all thank you😊 I was thinking you did not offer this option

Downhill
Ever since Renesant took over from The First, it’s been all downhill. The ATM in Saraland doesn’t work half the time and the mobile app is a constant headache!

Very efficient and easily accessible. Makes the whole banking process much less complicated and stressful.

Doesn’t work half the time.. I’ve deleted and re downloaded multiple times and just a blank screen.

Just downloaded the app and opened it. It doesn’t load past the splash screen. Completely unusable.
