I have had to use RenoSparks cab and there service’s. At the very least a dozen times know.
I have NEVER EVER been completely satisfied.
I never use this or any other cab services, since they came out with LYFT and UBER.
However using this cab service when MTM has no other driver’s service available
I do not have a choice.
How ever ; I must share this one.
I was really very shocked!!!

This one cab driver not only had a super clean car. I wish I could remember the driver’s name or license… he was a great driving very personable person friendly service on time and was able to greatly help with my disability’s
I unfortunately have many. But he was able to be a real person. Treating me with the respect I gave him if this company was even a bit more like that you’re completely would thrive.
My name Rachell Beebout he picked me up for my 11am appointment, on mill st. From Lemmon valley Reno NV.
If at all that there is any way to let this drive know how much I appreciate and enjoyed his time with him getting myself to my appointment on mill st. Would be great that he will greatly appreciated…. This Friday he said he was from
Virginia state he and his wife apparently just moved 215 Reno Sparks NV.

I made my account on safari before I used the app and I didn’t have any problems logging in. People quit (like the other guy who reviewed this) way to easily
Sign-up failed
I downloaded the app and tried to sign up. I got a "sign up failed" message. Tried again, got same message, so decided this app is probably buggy. I'll just call them when I need a cab.
Terrible...
So I got the app and a friend gave me a promo code to use that would give me $15 towards my first ride. The app took the code and said that I was credited the amount and when I ordered the ride it had confirmed that it would be using the promo for the fare. When I got to my destination which was less than the $15 that was credited I was charged for the full fare, which is in no way my drivers fault. When I called the company they transferred me to dispatch for some reason and the lady had no idea what I was telling her nor how the app worked at all. Finally I had enough after telling the lady, who was relaying every word I said to someone else, for the fifth time I just hung up and walked home. I will never recommend or use the app again.
