No matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall the app, I can’t get past the first screen. It’s so frustrating.

Unredeemable points

I have been using this app for years, it used to be good and easy to redeem points. Now, it is no longer recognized by restaurants and the points you collect cannot be redeemed. Bottom line don’t waste you time with this app and it’s now time for me to delete it from my phone.

Bad

Terrible interface. Inconvenient to go navigate once you’ve selected a restaurant and want to go back to all the other options takes you back to the start with out remembering search preferences.

Bad experience

Always facing issues when redeeming the points for cash vouchers at restaurants. Such a bad experience !

All restaurant in Doha are blocking the booking you need to call them through a phone call to reserve a table and it’s useless application then it called Reserveout !!!!!!
