The new update is a flop
No matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall the app, I can’t get past the first screen. It’s so frustrating.
Unredeemable points
I have been using this app for years, it used to be good and easy to redeem points. Now, it is no longer recognized by restaurants and the points you collect cannot be redeemed. Bottom line don’t waste you time with this app and it’s now time for me to delete it from my phone.
Bad
Terrible interface. Inconvenient to go navigate once you’ve selected a restaurant and want to go back to all the other options takes you back to the start with out remembering search preferences.
Bad experience
Always facing issues when redeeming the points for cash vouchers at restaurants. Such a bad experience !

All restaurant in Doha are blocking the booking you need to call them through a phone call to reserve a table and it’s useless application then it called Reserveout !!!!!!
Incomplete, dated and useless...
Please remove restaurants that have closed for years, and populate the restaurant menus.
Needs work!
No way to modify an existing reservation, or add one that I made separately (off-app). Can’t even find a phone number for the restaurant since you want us to go through you. Kind of silly if you’re not fully functional.

Very thorough and convenient
Not user friendly
Great resource if only the app worked better. Hard to use the search function - there should be an alphabetical listing of restaurants. Once the search function is used, it doesn't work when the back button is pressed to go back to the search list so the information has to be typed again into the search bar.
