Login doesn’t work
I tried to log in 3 times with the correct login info. and it’s telling me that it’s incorrect.
Logged out and won’t let me back in
App wouldn’t let me log in, kept saying unable to login. So I deleted app and redownloaded. Now it is not even recognizing my apartment complex, which means I can’t log in. Without being able to log in, I can’t put in any service requests to my complex!!!
Mess
This needs to be fixed or deleted from the AppStore. This is stopping people from doing what they need to, by not being able to login continuously and then our property doesn’t come up. This is ridiculous
Aptcast
App is not working trying to submit maintenance request, ask me to pick state that I do, but only one apt listing comes up which is not where I live, even went on to website but can’t find my apt only list apts that start with “3523”. Annoying 🤯
Too many glitches
App does not show the property I live at. Worked fine for 2 months now I have to re register and the app cannot find the property. Lists only 2 but not in the same city I live in
Frustrating app
This app kicked me off and now it won’t let me sign back in. It keeps making me register but when I try to do that my apartment complex isn’t on there. I have talked to management and they said we are still using aptcast so I’m not sure what the problem is. If I can’t get this app to work then I can’t put in a service request or be linked to the site to pay rent. I have tried to delete and download again and there are no updates available. It is beyond frustrating.

I made a service request using the app last week and it was working fine. Now it won’t even show my state and I can’t log in.

The menu in this app doesn’t show any of the options that are on the preview picture. Pay rent option is not there. This app is of no help whatsoever. I’d give it no stars, but it wouldn’t let me send the review without one.
Can't get past the community choice screen on my iPad
Well, this is not starting well. My bldg just changed over to this portal, so I'm trying to set up my new account in the app. Unfortunately, there is a wide black band about 1/4" up from the bottom of the screen, blocking the "okay" which would take me to the login page. So far, not so good.
Doesn’t work
This app used to work . What happened ? Now I’m stuck on my profile page . It doesn’t let me navigate the app and I need to pay for my rent!!!! Please fix ASAP

At first the app wasn’t opening but now that it has been fixed, and I can actually use it; I give it 5 stars. Very easy to use and navigate. Love it!

1) Provide a way to update a service request once submitted
2) Should be able to follow up on a request from within the app
3) should be allowed to add multiple pictures / videos in the service request

Works so far
Didn’t get to work first try but due to still looking for a place saw a bug fix and second try was a charm, nice looking app and like the options and pictures, helps the search.
