Filter reminder
App is great and generally works well. EXCEPT– the filter reminder has never once worked. It would nice to be able to depend on the app reminder at my chosen interval, rather than having to set a reminder on my phones calendar.
Everything erased
I was so proud of myself getting three thermostats programmed and functioning. Made sure all of them worked. Went to turn my thermostat up in the middle of the night and lo and behold. Every single thermostat was erased and disappeared. No easy fix. After spending a long time programming, I’m gonna have to call customer service and see if they can help me but now I’m out of time. I just want things to work.

I keep trying to set a schedule but when I set the cool to temp(72) at a certain time, it keeps showing up on the schedule as 71. It only does that when trying to set it to 72
Broken on many levels
Absolutely horrendous app for their "smart" thermostats. Can't connect, gives instructions to provide "local network" permissions and the app isn't even in the list. Please test your software! You're making our 9 thermostats completely useless.

The app works flawlessly with my system was easy to set up super easy to use and I have one for a property in two different states! Shows up on the same app. Well Done!
A Hackers Dream
Even if you have a passcode, the app still lets you make adjustments. A hacker dream. The best way for someone to get into you your system.

Constant log offs
The app works fine for the most part, it is definitely outdated but the most frustrating part is that it consistently logs me out and does let me log in with my user and password, forcing me to change it. I’ve changed it at least 4 times this week.
Nightmare
This app and trying to connect the Honeywell thermostat to your phone is an absolute nightmare. Been trying for YEARS now and it won’t work. Absolutely fed up. Do not purchase a Honeywell product or this shoddy app. Not worth the headache. Completely defective.
Wonky Vacation Settings
I’ve had this app for six years now, and the vacation settings issue remains. Even setting the dates correctly, they sometimes revert incorrectly. And even if they don’t revert, the thermostats don’t always get the memo. It was 79 in my house upstairs last night due to an upstairs thermostat on “vacation” despite the vacation starting - and indicated as such - in the app. Six years. Same behavior. No fix. That’s a 2/5 app on a good day.

App has a password, sometimes you are prompted other times (like next day) not…I mean if you build in a security feature shouldn’t it consistently work at startup?

Its killing me in the middle of the night when I need to change the temp. Its as bright as the SUN..in the middle of the night.
Also fix that TOC schedule bug..that has an error and the only solution is to DELETE the thermostat and reset it up. whcih take about 15 ATTEMPTS to connect. I had to dedicate a whole half hour to reset this thermostat!!!

Absolutely Useless
Tried and uninstalled, absolute garbage and absolutely unnecessary. You will spend less time doing it all on the thermostat than this app will ever do for you.
Used to work with Alexa
The app is easy enough to use although some times info doesn’t show up to track your data or it lags behind, I’m not sure. Plus it used to work seamlessly with Alexa and now it’s just a white screen that does nothing.
Handy though for remotely turning on and off the therm and seeing how much usage.
