Login software needs to be fixed
Face ID used to work all the time. Now I have to manually enter my login every few days. It’s been this way for a long time now. Please fix.
Numbers are so small
I’ve been using this app for a while, and I have to complain about:
the small the thermostat/thermometer number is, compared to the temperature, which is actually too big. l The thermostat/thermometer number should be BIG, because that’s the one that needs to be adjusted. At night in bed is so difficult to read. Make it bigger please. Thanks

Bad app
Only works about 40% of the time.
It’s ok
The vacation and schedule settings never set the first time. You always have to go back in multiple times after changing them initially to change again and then double and triple check it’s correct. It automatically changes the dates and temps after changing it the first time to random dates and temps. Weird bug that’s never been corrected.

This app is easy to use so easy in fact my kids can use it. I don’t think I’ve ever had the app go down or any bugs to speak of. This one is the best we’ve tried.

Resideo App forced update no humidity
Ever since the forced update from First Alert to Resideo, the app no longer shows my humidity levels!!!! Device connected is an x2s smart thermostat.

Nearly useless. Tried to set my temperature today. The app appears to be updated. No thermostats found. Looks like I need to set everything up from scratch again after 3 years. This app is trash and the developers are trash as well. I am going to buy a different brand of thermostat. Tired of all the bull.

Log in doesn’t work
App doesn’t let me log in or sign up

9 times out of 10, I have to completely close the app to have an updates temp. Better when it was Honeywell.
Flawed
This app would be just fine if it weren’t for one frustrating flaw. It doesn’t refresh automatically when you open it, and it provides no way to manually refresh. As a result, you’re likely to be viewing stale status left over from the last time you opened it. The only way to be confident in what it displays is apparently to force quit, then restart the app.
FOLLOW-UP: the developer responded saying I should enable background app refresh. That’s not a solution, it’s an (unsuitable) workaround. The app should refresh on opening and it should implement the standard iOS convention of manually refreshing by dragging down.

Doesn’t Work
Constantly crashes, won’t go full screen and doesn’t remember I’m logged in.
Resideo no longer connects to Alexa?
Alexa used to connect to the Resideo app but no longer does. Why? What’s the solution?
Automatic sign out, no Face ID, no native Passwords support
I am signed out of this app automatically in the middle of performing an action daily. When I go to sign back in, the keyboard I’m provided does not allow me to autofill my password. I can’t use Face ID to sign back in either. I am constantly manually entering my login info to use this app. When I’m signed in it works.
