Can’t connect app to thermostat
This app won’t connect to the thermostats. First it is the only app I’ve ever seen that requires location services to always be on. Then during the set up you need to enable access to your local network but the app doesn’t show up under the list to select. Have contacted support
Settings reset
Went to modify the schedule, to add another time period. Saw that my previous personalize name shows as Custom1 (it used to say what I had named it). Also, when I added a new timeframe, most of my temp and settings were reset, and, my 3 am setting was automatically deleted.
The app allows me to run the thermostat remotely, but these changes to my settings are a bit concerning.

And instead just use Face ID
No dark mode support
The app has no dark mode support so when I’m hot and want to turn the air condition on in the middle of the night, I need to open this app and burn my eyes with a bright white light of the app. This is a basic function of modern apps that’s missing.
Useless
I wrote to them and complained that the app doesn’t work properly. They phoned me and lied to me, telling me at least one issue would be fixed, but no, MONTHS AND MONTHS have passed, and they’ve done nothing whatsoever! Liars, amateurs, unprofessional… they are useless! It’s laughable that their useless app asks for reviews, because they literally could not give a damn!

Stop logging me out
This app is ok when it works but it logs me out every few days. I never want to be logged out and don’t want to type my email address and password to control the heat in my house. Surely an easy fix.
Edit: now I can’t heat my house without a password. What’s wrong with an on and off button?

Garbage
App stopped communicating with thermostat. Reloaded the app to my phone now the thermostat wont sync to my phone. Reloaded and restarted it a million times. Still won’t sync.
Use First Alert app instead
This app doesn’t work. I called Resideo Support and they said not to use this app. They said I should use the First Alert app instead. That app works.

Why can’t we remove the password option
AC not starting when at home
My AC does not work when someone is at home when geo fencing is turned on. The manual override on the control inside the house does not work either. I am not sure what needs to happen turn it on.

I paid good money for this Honeywell app which was sold to Resideo I understand and it’s constantly broke down.

There is no ability to stop DST in Arizona. Huge bug if Country eliminated DST.
Love the convenience
Since I have been using this app, I am able to adjust my thermostat when I’m out of state which is a huge convenience as well as money saving
App offline
App says offline, had this problem last year for many months. Started working again this year and now today it says offline again. Wifi is working fine. Why does this keep happening on/off? Frustrating! App just updated today, not sure if that has something to do with it but considering the timing I think it does.
