If i could give zero stars i wouldve.

This app sucks- constantly crashes… whats the use for it when i have to keep deleting it and downloading it and it still doesnt work the right way- jobs for blue is way better- if you can talk to your dept save yourself the headache and stick w jobs for blue- after this year is over hopefully our department will go back to them and get rid of extra duty.

Off duty work

Our agency was using a different companies program it had a lot of features that were unnecessary and was very clumsy to use. This app is much easier to use and does exactly what we needed.

This app constantly fails, shut down or fails the load. It is a horrible app that is probably costing people money because of its poor performance and inability to function properly

Just awful.

Constantly crashing, logs you out for no reason then won’t let you log back in. New jobs will post and it will crash before you can even sign up and then by the time it works the jobs are filled. So bad it actually loses me money. Needs a major overhaul.

Constant log outs and issues

App is horrendous. Interface has potential, and the idea is great. But the app has so many issues of logging out and not allowing users to log back in or get verification codes in a timely manner. Not impressed at all.

Don’t Use

The app is constantly not working, the company always screws up the job and puts it out late with errors. Doesn’t allow you to view job with you to coordinate schedules with co workers. Avoid Extra Duty Solutions and use other providers

App not working

I can’t even get into the app anymore. Always issues loading. Issues checking in. Issues checking out. Worked fine in the beginning. Whatever you did >> fix it.
