So many issues! So many times I try to log in but says I have no account. My sleep consultant can’t always see my tracking

It has potential, but is slow and a little bit complicated on the parents side.
Doesn’t properly Calculate wake windows
For an app that is supposed to be for sleep consulting, it does not properly calculate wake windows. Wake windows start from the time the baby wakes up — not from the time they are taken out of the crib so hence you end up having to do extra work (and math) to keep your clients on track.
Constant glitches
App always freezes and you can’t get in to see your data.
Looks good but
You can’t use it unless someone invites you to use it. ?? I want to create a record of my child. Deleting unusable
Glitchy
Not many options for sleep coaches so this is it. Unfortunately it’s not great. Always glitching so I can’t get in. Often doesn’t send push notifications. Very expensive.
Good but needs improvement
Generally this app works well. About once a day I have close and reopen it otherwise it will stay on a bank screen or have a spinning ‘saving’ note. Also, I dislike that I can’t adjust the amount of food that my baby has eaten after saving a feed. I have to delete that entry and put in a new one, please make a feature where I can go in and edit the amount of bottle given.

A bit clunky
For an app that records sleep, a dark mode would be handy! And the constant loading and refreshing can be frustrating
Like it but slow and freezes frequently
I really like this app, super helpful and makes tracking sleep easy. But I constantly have to close and reopen or it will just load forever. It had taken me up to 4 times closing and reopening to see a new message.
Needs Dark Mode
This app needs to have a dark mode setting. It’s so blinding sitting in a pitch black room with baby and opening up this app to log and the whole room gets illuminated. Please make that an option! App works as intended. It’s been nice connecting to our sleep consultant. Wish there was a dark mode option and it was faster. It’s quite slow to load and log.

Amazing but needs one small change
Love this app as a mum, it’s easy to track what I’m doing with my child. The only thing I wish is that it could be set against a dark background. I’m a dark room the bright white screen keeps my child interested in being awake and this tired mama needs as much help with child sleep as I can get
Slow
The slowest app I’ve ever used on iPhone. Apps that serve video move faster than this. The constant restarting, buggy mes of this isn’t ,worth it. If we weren’t already part of the subscription model with our sleep consultant, we’d try something else.

Wish there was a way to send the questionnaire through Rested app.

Dream come true!
I have been looking for an app that does what this does for 2 years. I am so thrilled to find it. As a sleep consultant this makes my life so much easier. No more tracking on google spreadsheets. No more trying to remember if I looked at a sleep log or not. Or tracking communication across multiple platforms. It’s all here! And the best thing about this is that the creator is interested in making it exactly what us sleep consultants need. He is willing to listen and even better ACT on the ideas that we present. He’s just a phone call away and I enjoyed my conversation with him. Looking forward to the growth of this app!!
