Worst Experience with Criminal Seller
I made a purchase, got an email from Reversible saying the seller got suspended, advised me to cancel my order through PayPal on my own. Since it was the beginning of the process, I had to choose never received my order on PayPal dispute option in order to proceed. Texted seller numerous times on Reversible to cancel order, but got ignored. Seller sent something to an address that is not mine and PayPal denied my dispute request. Wrote to Reversible again to ask for help, and they simply denied me as well. In my opinion, if I ordered something before seller got suspended, Reversible is responsible. Like me, you are NOT protected with your purchases, don’t order here, go to more reputable and responsible platforms!
