If you want a banking app that doesn’t work half the time this is the one for you.
If banking has ever felt too convenient and easy for you I highly recommend using this app. But if you’re a normal person who likes to have a functioning banking app that you can get access your information conveniently when the bank is already closed don’t get this app.
Logging in
The app has & will always be LOW tier… Is it that hard to keep apps running properly? Constant bugs/crashes preventing me from even loading the app.
Lack Luster
This application lacks functionality, is unreliable, and is poorly optimized. You’re better off using their website.
Long term customer
This app really needs to be reworked by a professional. Lacking majorly in functionality. For instance….Can’t even log in today and facing an overdraft fee now
No where to deposit checks on app
When I downloaded my app I do not have to deposit button on my app.. this is super frustrating because I don’t love close to this bank anymore. I just want to deposit my check from the app.
