Updated the app and now it’s super buggy.
Available selection
The availability of items is very problematic when you finally find something for an event. They always seem to be preorder and don’t arrive until after your event. Website works poorly when checking out very frustrating. It changes items to preorder as you are trying to check out. Please just have your items and sizes shown in stock if they are showing on your website.

Lack of XXS and XS sizes
My only issue with shopping at REVOLVE is no matter how much you love some pieces and you want to take them they’re always sold out in the smallest size and it’s quite annoying

I cannot believe how bad the app is. Loading your favourites is insane and it wipes your favourites and signs you out ALL THE TIME. Such a terrible terrible experience.

I was able to find a sweater that is sold out on many other websites. I signed up for the text and received 15% off. The Customerservice responds very promptly and efficiently.

The customer service is amazing! They are always friendly, helpful, and efficient. If an item doesn’t fit, I can return it right away, and they promptly send me the correct size. Unlike many other stores, where exchanges can take forever, the whole process is fast and hassle-free. They also offer the option to pay in installments, which makes shopping even more convenient. I highly recommend them!

Another update and STILL not fixed.
I have loved this app for years, but the recent update is frustrating. When I’m going through my favorites list, whether unhearting, or clicking on an item, it takes me back to the top of the first page rather than keeping my place in the favorites list. If I’m on page 3 of my favorites, I don’t want to be taken back to the top of page 1, and then have to scroll all the way back to where I was. Especially as the sold out items always go to the end. I don’t know why this changed but please change it back to how it was before 🙏🏼
