Updated version of the app is very slow and transactions have become frustrating. Please fix whatever issue this updated version has or go back to the former version which was faster

Slow transaction
Gave a 3 star because the rate is good but tell me about money not reflecting in my account after 10 minutes of making a transfer into the account and I need to urgently convert money. 24/7 customer service doesn’t happen to be 24/7 cause I called repeatedly with no response. Not reliable at all
