Oh wow, what a fantastic experience this app provides. Every time I log in, it turns into a fun little guessing game. Will it say invalid credentials today, or will it magically let me in? Who knows. Keeps things exciting.
And that password reset link on the login screen? Absolutely brilliant. It is there for decoration, I assume, because it definitely does not work. Such a thoughtful feature.
At this point, I cannot log in anyway, so thank you for that smooth and seamless user experience. Please fix it.

What the actually freak
How the hall* can i enter country code? The app is useless and cant do it on website. Designed to make customers stupid

Completely useless app, for a company that pretends to be excellent at what they do, this app wonโt even allow you complete the form required to get the card.
Unable to save profile
Simple profile page is a mess. Cant even see what question is asking sometimes. Unable to change phone number and area code field.
Awful user experience
Poor customer service and experience through the app. I ordered my card 15 days ago and still no reply. I can barely log into the appโฆ itโs like a high school project more than an international world class airline
Disappointing Experience with Etihad Reward Card
I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience with the Etihad Reward Card. Shortly after applying, my account was suspended without warning or explanation. To make matters worse, I was unable to redeem my hard-earned miles.
Despite reaching out to the support team, it's been two months and my account remains suspended. I've provided all the requested documents, but still, there's been no resolution or update on the status of my account.
The lack of communication and the prolonged suspension of my account have been frustrating and disappointing. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and a more efficient resolution process.

Ethihad airlines when you travel you feel like you are at home sitting not in the clouds the pleasant atmosphere inside makes you feel like in home

Delayed response
I am trying to login and I need to enter a security code sent to my email address l. Itโs been 10 minutes and have not received the code yet. The resend button is not active either.

It says my devices jailbreaked even though it's not! My phone is new and not even 1 month long and not jailbreaked.

The load unload feature is very bad.
I placed an order on Amazon and they charge once the goods are despatched. The card unloaded itself in the meanwhile thus causing inconvenience.

I am expecting a text to proceed with the transaction, I filled up all the information correctly, gave the right number selected the prefix, nothing is coming, when the miles returned and applied again, there are 3 dollars missing.

Please do not download this application. The reward card is impossible to use as the CVV is not visible in the app or anywhere. Without it, you cannot use the card.
I contacted support and they said they will look into it in 2-3 days. Itโs been four days and I lost my rewards balance as the card auto unloaded on 48 hours.
Like me, all you will get from this application is 160 lost miles, which Is the loading fee from Etihad! Never see such a worst application!

Tried to use this app. I canโt log in and it says my Etihad account is suspended, which it isnโt. Please sort this issue out
