Ich habe versucht mit Rewire App Geld international überwiesen, die Zahlung wurde storniert. Dann bleibt mein Geld auf Saldo. Das Geld kann ich weder international überweisen, noch in mein ursprünglich Bankkonto zurückzahlen.
Das Geld bleibt nur in Saldo! Ich habe mit customerservice kontaktiert, sie sind einverstanden, dass sie das Geld auf mein Konto zurückerstatten.
Dann meinen sie, mein Bank hat die Erstattung abgelehnt! Es ist komisch, sie machen nichts und ich verliere Geld!
Das Geld bleibt nur in Saldo! Ich habe mit customerservice kontaktiert, sie sind einverstanden, dass sie das Geld auf mein Konto zurückerstatten.
Dann meinen sie, mein Bank hat die Erstattung abgelehnt! Es ist komisch, sie machen nichts und ich verliere Geld!

Transaction failed and poor customer support
I am trying for months for transferring my money internationally and it is being declined or getting some problems every time the time i have used my card for transaction it was error from remitly where my money was deducted from my bank and they didn’t even reach to remitly and was struck between i have to wait for a week to get my money back and now i am using bank transfer via token and my miney is not even debited even after completing the transaction see how funny it is and the customer support is really useless by webchat every time i message them they usually not give any proper response and say bye not resolving the customer query.

if you are the person who needs to send large money monthly, REWIRE IS NOT FOR YOU! Because it only limits you 2,500 euro not like other app.
if your family depends on you and if your family needs money immediately or if there's an emergency, REWIRE IS NOT FOR YOU!
I only use rewire because I think it will improve later on. But no! Rewire sucks! DONT USE IT!

Poor Service
Hello guys do not use this app because this app didn’t working properly, for example if you send full money to another account or your friend account but it didn’t receive full money to other amount. Its basically send 75% money and then you have to talk with customer service and then after a long it will appear in the other account. So its totally headache to do payment with this app. So I don’t recommend this please don’t use.

The new version of the app doesn’t show the exchange rates anymore even on their website which is so annoying. First thing I’d like to check before sending is the exchange rate and now it’s gone.
