So terribly bad
Have my car lease through these guys and unfortunately that means I have to use their app. Quite possibly the worst app I have ever encountered in my life. Terrible UI. Nothing seems to work, just absolutely god awful. If I could give it 0 stars I certainly would.

Frustrated
This app is horrible. Worst financial institution app I have ever used. Not intuitive, clunky, illogical and frustrating to use. The bank should scrap it and start from scratch. please !

I find the bill pay section incredibly not user friendly! It’s difficult to find what bills you have up to be paid! It’s just not user friendly

In the past few years I’ve owed the app it has never allowed me to make any extra payments or add my banking information. I imagine it works this way for a reason…
Awful since update
This app used to be a simple app that worked perfectly fine. A few months back they took the app offline for a few days for what was supposed to be a massive update. However the update did nothing more practically then slightly week the design. Since it’s been updated I regularly have issues logging in, and have error messages that pop up. Honestly if these issues aren’t addressed soon I may switch banks. That sounds dramatic but the lack of a consistently working app is very annoying.

RFCU Banking App
Up until recently when RFCU updated their system the app worked perfectly. Afterwards it sometimes takes a minute or more to open, more time than not I have to close it several times and reopen it.

Horrible and broken
This latest release is awful. Paid mortgage early and it incorrectly applied the payment all to principal instead of a regular payment as was displayed on the screen. It’s been over three weeks since I called the bank and no response or follow up. This app and this bank’s service have gone into the toilet.

garbage and very inconvenient
app goes down multiple times a month if not weekly, and even when the app is up and working there are functions that just don’t work at random, specifically bill pay and transfers. not to mention that app just crashes sometimes for seemingly no reason. should not be this hard for a credit union app, with assuredly less users than an app from a national bank, to run smoothly.

Not happy with New Update
Amounts that previously posted immediately are now pending. My monthly SS and my weekly paycheck were always available by/before 5:30am. What are you doing???? And not allowing another review? I have to write over previous??? We need weekly payroll from ADP and monthly SS funds available immediately as they always have been.

What happened to check deposit?
Apparently you did an upgrade to your systems this weekend which I don’t think has anything to do with this but I just noticed- so what happened to the mobile deposit option? This app was great but has gone backwards. I get notices with no detail- what is the point?

It takes forever to take a photo of the back of a check. Absolutely incompetent camera system. It’s been like this for years.
