Crashes every day
Opening the app from a notification freezes the app. The app freezes at least once a day. Have to restart my phone every day. Super glitchy and buggy. Not ideal for a paid service, especially when you rely on it for logging daily activities and video meetings. Any developers working on this?
Difficult to use
The app is very difficult to use. Hard to log into appointments. The appointment times are not at times that are convenient. The app is clunky. Group meetings take place during the regular workday so if you have a regular 9-5, you will not be able to attend. Cost too high for something that is this terrible to use.

Just go for it!
I can’t say enough good things about Ria. I needed help controlling my alcohol consumption. Ria has actual doctors that will prescribe medication to manage your cravings. You also get a coach who works with you on your triggers. There’s an entire care team available to you around the clock and it’s even covered by insurance! I really wish I’d found this years earlier! Now I have a healthy relationship with alcohol, which has made every aspect of my life healthier as well.

Doesn’t work on my iPhone 11 Pro Max software version 14.7.1
App does nothing but crash. Tried reinstalling with the same results. I see there hasn’t been an app update in 10 months.
I was looking forward to the program, but don’t see how I can participate without a workable app.
