Not working with IPhone
I bought a M3S, it can only work with Android and not IOS. Black screen when live recording! Very bad experience! Please fix the problem!
Do not buy. Will not connect with phone. Don’t be fooled with the 1 five star rating.
Very poor quality and won’t connect with your phone. It’s a pile of rubbish. Don’t waste your money, no support whatsoever. Avoid avoid at all cost.

So I had a iPhone XR and I could connect to it Wi-Fi and everything but could not get video or do anything but the buttons were there
So I ended up using a friends galaxy 13 and worked perfectly
I was due for an upgrade anyway :D but hopefully they can fix that issue later

The app doesn’t work
This app its not working
App Wont Work
Downloaded the app and connected to the dashcam via wifi. However, when I go to the App to connect the dashcam it gets stuck in a Open Preview mode that continuously loads and prevents me from accessing any of the features, including the settings and even seeing video. Fix your app please!

Bought this camera. Camera is not working with this app. Contact seller no help. Wasted $90.

Unfortunately the image is flipped on the app. This is dangerous and confusing.

When connected to my m3 it’s a black screen..
Preview failed
After connecting to wifi of the camera, it tries to start preview but fails every time. Functions like starting and stopping recording were working.
It works great
To connect to phone by holding down the buttons on top for six seconds each separately waiting about five seconds in between one does Wi-Fi one turns on the camera followed by holding the back top button for six seconds to connect your device as for voice like making a phone call you must hold the back button down again separately than the others
Front button to turn on camera middle button to connect to app then back button to set up for doing phone calls or voice
If you’re having issues of not seeing camera on the app click settings on iPhone go to settings and scroll down till you see RICAM click on it and unselect cellular data
As for downloading videos to phone once in app and with device connected via its Wi-Fi button to phone you must stop recording via app click Albums play the video Then click the share button …..hope this helps

Very poor
App does not connect to camera whose files always lock so it needs to be regularly cleared.
This app doesn’t work
It connects to the wifi but nothing happens after that..
App doesn’t offer features it claims
I purchased this camper for my father. We got it hooked up with his phone iPhone SE and he can view videos he captured but he can not save them to his phone or share them. There is only a share button and when he clicks the share button it states “…..download videos first…” but there is not a download button. I went back to the listing and there is a photo that shows where the shar/download/delete video buttons are and they are not there, don’t exist. I don’t know if it’s because he has an older iPhone?

Perfect with Techalogic Bike Cam
This works seamlessly with my Techalogic bike cam and the videos from it load really quick via Wi-Fi. All the functions work perfectly. There’s nothing not to like.
