They are courteous, friendly, and they help me with my heavy bags. I have trouble lifting them, so it’s nice that they help me out! And they are friendly and it’s a pleasant ride!
1 driver for downtown Bellevue?
OK, so there’s nothing wrong with the app itself but my experience with this app has been terrible. It appears that there is only one driver for the entire city of Bellevue and he’s constantly driving around circles with wait times between 15 and 25 minutes what a joke

Best Hidden Gem
This is the best transportation I’ve seen here in Santa Monica – which has every single possible mode of transportation available. We need more of these!
Wait times are lies
The app initially claims a 4 minute wait which turns into 20 mins or more of waiting. How can people plan to use a service that provided false timelines

We caught a ride with Israel in East Hampton. He was so lovely and kind. He made us feel safe and got us to our destination swiftly! Highly recommend!!!!

will tell u eta 7 min and the driver is on their way, then will suddenly add 3 more stops and turn ur eta to 35+ mins and when it goes down it happens again 😅
Can’t call it a Service if you don’t do anything.
First driver, Rodrigo, cancelled the ride immediately. 2nd driver,Juan, stopped at the wrong location for pickup. The app said he was there while the map clearly showed he wasn’t. I tried to message the driver and request a call. He just canceled the ride. Not a service worth trying.
Vacation-Free of driving
I love being able to relax and enjoy someone else driving me around. It’s perfect to enjoy a vacation
Not very useful
The app itself is easy to use as far as booking your ride. Though for the duration I’ve had it I haven’t had any luck with a successful pickup- assuming it’s only one person- my wait times always fluctuate higher and higher with every booking regardless if service is not busy or normal.

The app completely malfunctioned
I tried to communicate with my driver but the ads in the app completely blocks the send button and I can’t even send my SNS to the driver.

You need to fix your operations in Santa Monica. I'm very disappointed that I had my driver on the way, I was next, until you have so many riders HAD TO CHOOSE THIS at a VERY BAD TIME and placed me WAY BACK IN YOUR STUPID QUEUING LIST. You should've had a option for me as a priority pick up. FIX YOUR RIGGED QUEUING SYSTEM.

Can’t contact driver, times are always wrong. Can’t message or call driver for ETA. They’re lucky it’s free. Only use this if you have all the time in the world to wait for a ride. With no communication

This might be the worst taxi apps in the world, how are you guys going to put “your driver is on the way” and that hes 5 minutes away just for the app to later say 20 minutes away and 5 stops left???? Fix your app wtf
Best way to travel Boca Downtown
Wow, such a fabulous resource that provided door to door service to all of our destinations and was truly affordable. Saved tons of money instead of taking Uber or having to walk endlessly. Drivers were great and made our trip memorable.
Declined every time
Never got the chance to try circuit as every time (multiple times I’ve tried wanting to experience this) I try to request for a ride, it takes several minutes to look for a driver even when it says it’s not busy but then get declined because all of a sudden it’s busy???
