If you can catch one, it’s a great service! Lots of times when I’ve tried, it’s been too busy…so it must be a popular service! Take it when you can get it!
SCAM! Never order one if you actually need it
Every time it takes 3 attempts to actually order a ride and when it does and say it’s 8 minutes away, try multiplying that by 5 and it’ll still show up as in the same place, even if it was free it wouldn’t be worth it someone would have to pay me to put up with this.

The Southbay area has early events such as the hermosa beach triathlon, 10 K runs early in the morning. Races end normally at 9am.
Not perfect, but functional
Somewhere in the last update my default payment was switched to apple pay without my input. My in app balance was still present, but had to be reselected to use. Destination entry is a little clunky and pick up time estimates are plus or minus 5 minutes, but still love this service!

DONT USE THIS APP
When I tried to use this app at Catalina island, they simply made me pay $10, I couldn’t choose to spend less and the driver and my ride never came. We had to walk up 40 minutes and it was a terrible experience. I would not recommend this app and I never recieved my money back because all of their customer service seems to be AI and robots. It’s not possible to contact them. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Never picked up
My family and I waited 25 minutes, before having to order a ride from a legitimate rideshare service. The supposed driver never came to pick us up, from the gps data provided it seemed he was prioritizing other riders.
RIGGED QUEUING ALGORITHM
I'm keeping rating you 1 star because your service horrendously SUCKS. The app should've said "Service is not busy" when it obviously is VERY BUSY. ESPECIALLY NOTORIOUSLY ON WEEKENDS. I'VE BEEN TRYING 5 TIMES BUT ALL DRIVERS ARE HIGH DEMAND. FIX THIS BROKEN SYSTEM

They are courteous, friendly, and they help me with my heavy bags. I have trouble lifting them, so it’s nice that they help me out! And they are friendly and it’s a pleasant ride!
1 driver for downtown Bellevue?
OK, so there’s nothing wrong with the app itself but my experience with this app has been terrible. It appears that there is only one driver for the entire city of Bellevue and he’s constantly driving around circles with wait times between 15 and 25 minutes what a joke

This is the best transportation I’ve seen here in Santa Monica – which has every single possible mode of transportation available. We need more of these!

The app initially claims a 4 minute wait which turns into 20 mins or more of waiting. How can people plan to use a service that provided false timelines
