Each of the rides I’ve taken have been great! Drivers are so courteous and helpful as I am temporarily on crutches and cannot drive. This is such a valuable service to keep the most vulnerable connected around town!

Not reliable. No driver available in Avalon over an hour span. What is the point advertising service if can’t deliver service.

First time using this app, I’m requesting a ride and it takes a long time to look for drivers, and I request it when the service is not busy, no driver available, so I walk to my destination and a circuit ride car passes by with no people in it.
Buggy app but love service
Cheap way to see surroundings but even after reinstalling, the search drop down will not let me select first item from list. I can select second item and below so I have to change words until my destination shows lower in list. This can take quite some time. Finding something near where I want to go is only option sometimes.

I'm keeping rating you 1 star because your service horrendously SUCKS. MY DRIVER WAS SOOOOO CLOSE TO ME UNTIL HE HAD TO DIVERT BECAUSE SOME MORON PICKED THE SAME DRIVER AND HAVE TO GET HIM BEFORE ME. AND NOW I HAD MISSED MY BUS!!!! The app should've said "Service is not busy" when it obviously is VERY BUSY. ESPECIALLY NOTORIOUSLY ON WEEKENDS. I'VE BEEN TRYING 5 TIMES BUT ALL DRIVERS ARE HIGH DEMAND. I'M UNINSTALL THE APP AND I WISH SANTA MONICA DESERVES TO REMOVE YOU. BS SERVICE.

If you can catch one, it’s a great service! Lots of times when I’ve tried, it’s been too busy…so it must be a popular service! Take it when you can get it!
SCAM! Never order one if you actually need it
Every time it takes 3 attempts to actually order a ride and when it does and say it’s 8 minutes away, try multiplying that by 5 and it’ll still show up as in the same place, even if it was free it wouldn’t be worth it someone would have to pay me to put up with this.

The Southbay area has early events such as the hermosa beach triathlon, 10 K runs early in the morning. Races end normally at 9am.
Not perfect, but functional
Somewhere in the last update my default payment was switched to apple pay without my input. My in app balance was still present, but had to be reselected to use. Destination entry is a little clunky and pick up time estimates are plus or minus 5 minutes, but still love this service!
