Can’t even register for app
If I could give this app 0 stars, I would. Got an e-mail from my local public transit, they would be switching to this app to book trips because the previous app they used didn’t work. Surprise! This one doesn’t work either. I received an email that my old info/sign in would be transferred to this app, it wasn’t. Won’t let me sign in. Tried to register, just keeps telling me to read the terms/service before I can check the box accepting terms of service…even after I’ve already done so. So, Sportran of Shreveport, you need to find another app. This one doesn’t work either.

Good price, good drivers. Very efficient in all aspects. Very pleased.
Absolute garbage
Driver was a no-show, they double charged me. They then only refunded me once hoping I didn’t notice. They slipped the rest of the refund back without so much as an apology for their crap customer service.
Then I used Uber and not only did they charge me correctly, a cute guy in a Lexus showed up within FIVE MINUTES.
I’d say that speaks for itself. Don’t download this app.

Lovin RideCo
I’ve been using RideCo regularly for about 9 months and can highly recommend them as an alternative to other well known ride service companies.
Never late, always on time, friendly professional drivers and RideCo leaves you with a dime in your pocket compare to their competitors.

Not able to remove my friend’s credit card details from my account.
This is ridiculous. I’m not able to remove my friend’s credit card details from my ride co account which is not acceptable. Please help

No phone number to call to voice any complaint or call to ask anything for
Only option is to email and they take days to email you back. They will side with any customers, and will only side with their drivers. The drivers will constantly "reroute" meaning cancel their selection of choosing your ride making someone else select you... this then makes your pickup take a lot longer and WILL make you late for wherever you are going. Why do they do this??? Well if your drive is not a long one and they won't get a lot of money for it they will cancel YOUR ride to select a ride that WILL give them more money!
They will manipulate the system to show they picked you up and dropped you off when they have not, and when you complain they company will stand by the drivers who WILL lie.
Do yourself a favour and don't use this

Consistently Reliable & Reasonably Meets + Exceeded Expectations
My experience with the app is decent. The drivers are great, their compensation is better than Uber. Drivers are happy to drive with them and even prefer driving for rideco. They outline clearly when it's a peak period, and also provide timely options with various price points. In general they are a more cost effective option.
Over time I hope they continue to improve the UX making the search for address/locations even more intuitive and smart by offering multiple options or preferences of ways to find locations but also to save favourites.
Wishful thinking would include Apple maps integration. I hope they are sustainable and expand into other markets such as Toronto and other major cities!

Great option
App is great, and the overall experience is very good indeed. Lost a star only because some drivers can be questionable in their driving, and in one case a car felt less than safe. But overall, I'm a happy patron.
Support local
I love RideCo! It's dependable, affordable, and local. That and it's CEO has no ties with Trump (that I'm aware of). What's not to love?
Use RideCo a few times
I was very impressed by how easily I could book a ride inthe KW area. The driver and whole experience was quite smoothe, and the price was so much cheaper than a taxi
Poor competition
I tried this out hoping it would have something to offer that uber doesn't. It advertises as cheaper but checking ride estimates that's not the case. Both drivers I had weren't as personable as uber drivers I've had and the car took a lot longer to get there.
It's an uber clone, just slower. I'd be much more willing to support this if it ran more like lyft and have options for tips etc.

Affordable rides!!
This app allows you to set a time for when you'd like to be picked up, so that's a cool feature that Uber doesn't have. All the drivers I've had so far have been professional and nice, and he app is relatively easy to navigate.
The only con I would say is the time is takes to get somewhere, and pick up times with short notice. Generally if you want a ride right away, you won't find one. Generally the soonest you can book a ride is 10-15 minutes from the current time. And also, it takes about twice as long to get anywhere because you may have to pick up someone else before being dropped off.
The cons are totally worth it if you're not in a rush though because it's the cheapest ride company I've used! I'll usually Uber if I'm in a rush, but otherwise I'll use RideCo.
