Every time I try to add my credit card as a method of payment I get a pop up saying “unexpected error — try again in a few seconds.”

Can’t open the app
I can’t open the App. I entered my mobile number but it says something went wrong all the time. I couldn’t even find an email to request support.

Won’t Track cabs anymore.
When ever I have a cab picking me up or I’m in it. It never tracks it in the app anymore.

Terrible service
Couldn’t phone to get a cab they would end call. So I downloaded app and after 15 minutes still no driver.
Gave up after an hour
I requested a taxi through the Riide app in Saskatoon. After an hour of it saying it is trying to find a driver I used Uber and was picked up in under 5 minutes. I even tried calling them and just heard a recorded message for 45 minutes. Do not even bother with this app. No one will pick you up.
