It’s ok for starters

I have been using this app for 2 years the price is reasonable compared to other booking apps. But as my business is growing I feel like they need to add more features. For some reason I have clients cancel or no show and they don’t get charged and I have reached out to customer service about this and they’re explanation didn’t make any sense. My clients also say they don’t get reminders sometimes. Other than that it’s a good app for beginners.

We are actively working on new features for growing businesses, and we want to help address the issues you mentioned regarding charges and reminders: Cancellation Charges: A cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment should automatically incur a charge, provided the client has made the booking with online payments enabled (Stripe or Square). No-Show Charges: For No-Shows, a manual charge is required. This is done to prevent automatic charges that clients might dispute later. Reminders: Reminders are sent out as long as you have enough SMS credits. We provide 100 free SMS credits every month as part of the $9.99 monthly subscription. If you exceed this, you may need to top up your credits. Please reach out to our support team directly so we can check your specific settings and ensure everything is configured correctly for your growing business!

Online booking

I turned the online booking off so that I could reset my reoccurring appointments. The app is still allowing customers to book. Only real issue I’ve had.

Update

When I open the app it says to update it. However when I tap the update button it takes me to the App Store, but it just said to open the app. How can I update the app if the app won’t allow me to?

Confused about the point of this app

I was under the impression this app would help with getting new clients and marketing. What’s the point of subscribing if it’s just for keeping track of your schedule.. I can write that down old school. Stylists who move around and don’t stick around to build a clientele need support! Booksy has been the only app to get me new business.

Impossible d’utiliser son abonnement

Bonjour,

Je me suis inscrit et j’ai choisi l’abonnement par mois. Lors de la réouverture de l’application le lendemain, on me demande de me reconnecter... et de choisir encore une offre alors que je suis déjà inscrit !
Impossible d’utiliser cette application. C’est dommage.

Newest update won’t let you log in. Even if you delete the app and reinstall. Worst app ever. Going back to google calendars

Needs some improvements

So far I am enjoying this app. I think my previous booking app catered to my needs slightly better and was significantly easier to use (GlossGenius) however, I needed an app that automatically deducted deposits to reduce the amount of cancellations or rescheduled appointments; RingMyStylist does that. This app is well thought out but catered to Hair professionals, I am a nail technician. Setting up payment is confusing and limited to square, PayPal and stripe. It’s not the worst but I am not sure if I will continue using it. I would keep it if it allowed service descriptions and pictures as well as private services that only the stylist can add at checkout , and more online booking controls (like closing books or blocking holidays as well as choosing how far in advance clients can book). I also wish it made booking vía social media easier as well as having the option to edit or completely remove the client consult, as it is only for hair stylists.

Every reply you come with is a lie you can’t find me in the data base huh if I didn’t have an account I wouldn’t keep wasting my time coming here leaving reviews asking for help! You don’t even know the people that’s working for this app like I stated before the last time I had a problem with the app your employee that goes by the name Gorge seen my review he reached out to me by email NOT PHONE CALL NOT A TEXT BY EMAIL like I stated before he helped me and fixed whatever was going on! I wish is was a way to screenshot and post in the views because I would definitely show you how much of a liar you are

Very easy to set up and use app for both customer and stylist standpoint! Allows you to easily set up appointments on the go! As a stylist makes keeping tabs of your upcoming appointments super easy! I have had no issues with this app running the newest iOS 12 and Will definitely be letting others know about this so they can use it! Anything that makes life a little easier is a win to me!

I have experience with Brazilian waxing for over a year now and I’ve experienced different people doing the job for me, but I never felt as comfortable and knows what they are exactly are doing until I met Anayeli.
