I’m a Regular Customer Now, great Southern Buttermilk Biscuits. Love the sandwich, great flavors. Get a 3 pack of cheddar biscuits and make your own sandwich at home. They freeze and thaw perfectly.
App sucks, ruins experience
Downloaded this app for nothing, spent over 20 minutes just registering for their rewards and trying to log in, just to give up and order in person when I got there. Had a very long wait time for the food. Overall, wouldn’t recommend this app or their food to anyone

Fried green tomato sandwich was the cat’s pajamas!!!! The staff was so awesome as usual, and I highly recommend!!

Frustrating app
Great biscuits but app is very difficult to use and inconsistent in placing order and redeeming rewards
Doesn’t Work and stole my rewards
App won’t load and when I went to order in safari instead, my rewards I had just redeemed were gone. No rewards but points missing.

Horrible App
I love Rise biscuits and the people working there are genuinely awesome. What frustrates me is the app. Every time I try to order, I am prompted to provide a texted code which never comes through. Because of that, I no longer rack up reward points. After speaking with Rise, there are others who have the same difficulty. I really hope that they can fix this issue so that I can once again reap the benefits of being a regular customer.

I really like the photos next to the menu items. Could be better with more of a breakdown on the rewards program—it took awhile for me to understand that you have to apply the points to items before you checkout.

Says something went wrong.- Reload. When you press reload it repeats reload screen over and over again. Very frustrating! Not the first time. Great food but app is inconsistent. Please get it fixed!
