Finally fixed

It took over a month, but the app is finally up and running again. I’ve lost a month on my subscription and I’ve asked them to extend my subscription by a month as well when it runs out

The support people at Ritual have been silent for another week now. Again, no fixes. This is the only app that I have that doesn’t work and for $60 a year. I would say that was called stealing.
The app used to be good until it started crashing. Now you can’t even get into it. Written the people and no response. I’ve used the app iOS help on this thing and you won’t even let you log into your account. I’ve done everything possible on my end delete reinstall, latest updates, etc. nothing works. I’ve written them and received no response. All this for a $70 a year app. Which used to be good. Now it’s worthless because you can’t even use it.

App crashes within 5 seconds
This happened over 20 times when I was trying to set up the account and there is no way to contact the developer to fix the issue.

I love starting my day with the Lectio Divina, but have recently had problems with the app closing down before it can even get started. Often multiple times. I’ve deleted the app and reloaded it and it closed out before I could sign back in. I would love to get this fixed so I can give a 5 star rating.

Pure, Still, Spirituality
I’ve just spent a week exploring Ritual on the Free Trial. I’ve found it to be such a beautiful, quiet and still place for spiritual growth. The content is deep, with an exceptionally diverse roster of guides. I’d say one of the best aspects of Ritual is that it does not suffer from the overstimulation of too much content and unnecessary features. It just allows space for the rituals you came here to create and experience. It is very supportive of daily life. As my trial ends, I asked myself ‘would I miss Ritual?’ and the answer was that I definitely would miss this app - so now my first year’s subscription of Ritual lies ahead of me, and I’m grateful and excited.

Hard to understand
I think the user interface is difficult to make sense of and there’s no help available. Was hoping for better
Update is not working properly
The new update has more glitches than the old format! So frustrating!
Costly
Too expensive, bummer. When you open up the app it immediately wants my information, asks questions and only mentions the cost.
disappointing
Save $59 and go to soundcloud for all this. Not worth it.

Ritual has it all! If you are looking to enrich your prayer life or just become healthier spiritually and mentally, I highly recommend tthis app. It has something for everyone! The contributors are the best of the best. Feeling grateful!
