Downloaded the app and can’t find it anywhere on my phone. Every time I go back on the Apple store it says “purchased” and no button to download app.
Only works on Apple Watch
Pls update and make available for iPhone!! I would love to keep track on my phone. It would be a great motivator too!
Doesn’t show up on watch!
I downloaded this and it was on my watch for a little bit, but then I got a new phone and now it doesn’t show up on my watch at all! And it won’t let me re- download it.

Simple and Effective
I like this app a lot, exactly what I was hoping for as the days have been blending together lately. I wish that if I’ve taken a vitamin before my daily alarm was set, and after pressing the button to track having taken the vitamins, it would cancel my daily alarm. I don’t need an alarm after already taking my vitamins that day.

Do not download! FOR APPLE WATCHES ONLY
They put it into tiny writing. But people like me see the title and just download the app with out trying to read all the tiny prints and noe the app is NOWHERE TO HE FOUND on my phone so that I can REMOVE IT. Customer service won't help you and tells you to inform Apple . It's RITUALS dang app. They should be the ones telling us how to get this off and where to find it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP!

Missing
Downloaded the app, but it is nowhere to be found. The App is a good idea, but needs updating before it will be user-friendly.
Vitamin reminder still glitchy
Still needs a lot of improvement on consistency of the reminder. It doesn’t record or remind you to take the vitamins consistently. I will say that the developer is responsive and tries to improve the app.

I don’t know how else to get a hold of anyone to help me. I have been using the app on my phone, but now I can’t find it. Not even through a search. When I look it up in the App Store it says already purchased and I can’t do anything there. 🤷🏻♀️

Doesn’t work
Couldn’t even log in. Entered my login info and nothing happened. Just spun. Deleted immediately. Should have kept testing because app definitely wasn’t ready for launch.

I could use my calendar to reminder me to take the vitamin.
One feature that caught my attention was the Apple health sync (every time you take a vitamin, it register the nutrition information as well).
BUT there is a glitch: When you click on notification (daily reminders) to confirm that I took my vitamins, the day is registered on Rituals app, but it doesn’t add the nutrition info on Apple health app.
If I open the app on my watch and confirm over there instead via notification, it register everything correctly, both on ritual app and on Apple health.
Please, can you fix that?

Stopped syncing after 2 days
Cool app until it stopped syncing after 2 days of use. And won’t start syncing again.

Does not work
I downloaded the app onto my apple watch and for some reason its laggy and I couldn't even log in. After inputting my email and password and hit the Log In button, it does nothing. So unfortunately I deleted the app. If I could, I wouldn't given it any stars! Disappointing.
No issues so far
I haven’t had any issues with this app since downloading it 10 days ago. Works as advertised and is a great reminder to take my vitamins!

I should’ve listened
I am new to Ritual vitamins and was excited to see that there was an app to go along with it.m. I downloaded the app but as others have stated, you can’t set it up. It crashes as soon as you open it.
Unable to use the app at all
The app cannot be used because every time, right after you open it, the app crashes.
Crashes constantly
Can’t set up a reminder because the app crashes every time it is launched. Very disappointing.

Very excited to try this app. Unfortunately, it opens then crashes. Update Sept 17 - still unable to use app. Crashes a few seconds after opening.
Where is it at?
Downloaded and it doesn’t appear on my watch. What happened?
App won’t show up on watch
Wish this had a phone component so it was usable. Watch meets all the minimum requirements but even after days of watch restores and back and forth with Apple this app will not appear on my watch and I’m told it’s a developer end issue. Very frustrating.
