Since this apps been updated last year it’s supposed to be easy to use it.absolutely not we can’t access our membership card on the app any more.
it is very inconvenient.booking classes is long-winded some of them we can’t book it on the app we have to call the reception there for I am hoping your app will improve soon

Great Club!
Horrible app! They changed it this past year and it was a giant step backwards. Must sign in everytime, cannot see any class overview, half or more of the classes do not show on the app so need the printed schedule, which necessitates calling the club to sign up for a class.
The staff are wonderful people, the facility is great with lots of machines, and a very friendly atmosphere!

Using the app
Since updating the app I cannot book anything its very frustrating
Not as good as the old one
This new app is not as good as the old one, when booking a class it doesn’t tell you any information such as, who’s taking the class? what time booking is available from? How many spaces left?
Altogether a bad replacement.

Missing the swimming pool timetable
Convenient app, works well for booking classes, but I don’t understand why the swimming pool timetable isn’t available within the app, hence why 4 stars and not 5
