This app/bank is terrible you have a limit to send through Zelle (2k).Not only that When sending money through Zelle it takes 3 DAYS to send to the person which is annoying AND also takes a long time for Zelle money to be sent to you,other banks send it on the spot.0/10 bank don’t open a bank account unless your desperate to get one.

App user interface
App is overall very responsive and provides access to a ton of resources. I don’t remember the last time I had to come into a branch for anything.
Needs Updates
This app was recently updated and now when you open the app you are taken to a page that asks “Sign Up” or “Log In”… which is an annoying extra step. I have the app on my phone, don’t you think I already have an account? The app should default to the login page. Just like how it used to be.
No deposits
You can’t deposit cash and if you did want to you have to go to one of their banking
Zelle causes app to crash
Zelle via app on Rize mobile, causes a crash. Rize online bankers say it’s not happening to others. But I beg to differ
In app chat support blocks access to app - not a very refined user experience
I’m chatting through the app which I’m logged into.. makes no sense you ask for a member number..
A) you should know it already since I contacted via the app
B) I can’t get to my member number because this chat screen is blocking my access to view my account info..
if you’re gonna do a web based unsecured chat from the app, it would make sense for it to open in a separate webapp based page so I can still look at my account while chatting.. (please forward these notes to the feedback or app development team::)

App crashes when using Zelle
Maybe it’s my phone but the app constantly crashes when trying to use Zelle. I have accounts at another institution and do not experience this issue.
Purchase history
So it’s been working right? However I’m starting to see an issue within the account history and it’s having a longer time counting the times I’ve made a purchase which is worrying because the amount never updates. So how am I going to check how much I have if I don’t know how much it has because of this strange delay. Please fix this!
