Can’t pair
Nothing under “Devices”. When that is the case, there should be troubleshooting steps or instructions displayed.
It’s okay
It’s an okay app. Does all the same functions the remote does. But one thing that is not in the instruction manual is how to pair your bed with the app. So if you are trying to figure that part out, you have to go under the bed and hit the little round button twice on the control box. While you have the app open. Just trying to pair it via Bluetooth settings on your phone doesn’t work. You HAVE to hit that button to get it to pair with your phone. I sometimes use the app. But prefer the remote that came with the bed.
