Painless survey participation
I enjoy participating surveys, but sometimes the process is so painful. This app made it simple to keep track of where I went and record details for the survey.
I appreciated how, after a couple of repeat trips, the app would suggest how I would complete the entry without even having to make a selection — but also gave me the option to override the suggested responses to make it accurate. That streamlined the process for daily trips.
I also thought it was helpful that you could go back and fix things that weren’t quite right from earlier trips, even a couple of days later. That was another great way to help survey participants actually fulfill their responsibilities.

Reward delivered as promised
App was simple to use. Minor glitches, and stops were slightly off. Reward was delivered as promised, but did have to wait a week or two.

Couldn’t complete a survey due to app crashing when asking for my home location. 👎🏽👎🏽

Don’t waste your time! Did this and completed all requirements, and never received anything! Don’t give up your privacy or waste your time with this SCSM
What is the point?
Completed the surveys and did the work as requested. I was prompted to send data. Phone is connected to the internet and when I have continuously hit send date- get an error over a 2 day period. Do not use the app.
Crashes when trying to use location services
App crashes at the home address screen because it tries to bring up location services and bombs out. I’m stuck in a loop with no way to put my address in manually, so I guess I just can’t do the survey.
App doesn’t correctly record travel
The app didn’t record MILES of my very first trip. And it doesn’t allow me to correct it.

It asks for children’s school addresses which is very weird and creepy, it asks for your location at all times, it asks for all your family members information, and after you do all that it just says “Thank you” and you DONT get ANY money. Do NOT trust that paper in the mail.

This app masquerades as collecting travel data to help transit authorities. You are given, if you jump through all the hoops, the promise of a gift card. I did all the surveys, but then was told it wasn’t enough. How am I to blame when the app thinks March has only 30 days… You also must surrender a significant amount of personal data. I foolishly participated.

Super Glitchy
I unfortunately wasted a ton of time trying to troubleshoot this extremely glitchy app. I am using an iPhone 15 and it will not work for me. When I attempt to complete a survey it freezes and then closes. I tried deleting, reinstalling, restarting phone etc. I give up!! Way too much trouble.
Scam
Installed the app, entered the survey code I was given, and was told it was not recognized. Apparently you also have to participate long term to get the reward, which is not disclosed prior to entering or attempting to enter the survey code.
Intrusive and dangerous!
Used the app for several days after notification of a state-sponsored travel survey. Found the question s to be very intrusive and of no value to the state. Appears to be a thinly veiled attempt to track movement for future taxation schemes. DO NOT TRUST IT.

Too much time and personal info
I couldn’t even make it past the first three days of the week-long transportation survey because I got so weirded out by the sheer amount of and depth of information they needed about me. Wayyy too much PII. Very complicated surveys for each trip with no estimate of how long it’ll take to complete too. I really wanted to complete it but it felt invasive and not worth the $20.

Doesn’t work
I was supposed to use this for a certain amount of days. The app kicked me out (logged me out at some point) and all the work I had done was gone. Then I tried to get back into the survey and it said it was too late. Huh?! So you’re telling me all the driving I did and confirming my trips was all for nothing?! What a waste!

Survey that’s not upfront.
Started to fill out a survey for Travel Mass, thinking they just want to ask a few questions.
After many questions later they require tracking your movement via this app? Very deceptive to not mention this upfront.
Awful in terms of privacy. Poorly designed UX and product management.
Told friends who also receive the mailing postcard to avoid this survey.

Great app
Easy to use, I got a gift card emailed to me 13 days after completing the surveys
Unsure about all of this
Edit: all previous statements retracted. Really did send gift cards. Hopefully the data that was obtained will improve travel in the state

Scam no reward upon completion
Did the 7 day tracking and surveys and completed it but never received my $25 gift card reward. Tried contacting support email but received no response either. A big waste of time and personal data given for nothing.
