Easy to Use
The app is super easy to use and learn. We have the free version and I love it! Just got a new car without native navigation system so may pay for the upgrade to roadie to see what other benefits it has. I like that I can see all my stops in one over view or zoom into them individually. Unlike Waze and Google, there’s no limit to stops. I’ve used this for roadtrips mostly but also on weekends for planning out estate/yard sale routes.

Simple and efficient trip planner
We just came home after a long road trip planned using the Roadie app. Before we left we were able to plan our trip in detail finding the best itineraries and adding points of interest. During our trip we updated the itinerary to include on-site changes. After the trip the itinerary was kept as a record of where we had been. Roadie is a very efficient trip planner we can highly recommend!

Great if you understand the product
I’ve used this to plan 6 trips so far and it’s been great. There are other more expensive apps that have more features, but this has the basics of what I need. You can map out major stops, search and add stops along the route, and click the next stop in the route to feed coordinates to the map app for navigation. I am paying the monthly fee as I’ve been evaluating the app and will be switching to the long term subscription next.
I will say that, after having paid for the lifetime subscription the support is no longer responding to an issue I am having. Until I figure this out, do not add an image to the trip name. It will result in the browser-based view of the trip to not show.

Wir mögen die App sehr gerne. Wenn wir einen Ort entdecken, den wir bereisen möchten, wird er eingespeichert und wenn der Roadtrip ansteht, plant Roadie uns eine Route.
Die Reihenfolge der Spots ist nicht immer so sinnvoll, lässt sich aber leicht selbst ändern.
Einen Wunsch hätten wir noch, dann wäre es echt super:
Die Markierungen lassen sich nicht anpassen. Es wäre schön, wenn man unterschiedliche Symbole und Farben nutzen könnte.

Fun but not very useful
I can get all the same info and plot a trip on google map.

Overall a great planning tool
I’ve used Roadie twice to take a long road trip, and loved it both times. it’s extremely easy to use simply plug in your destinations and add them to your route. it offers a way to schedule/rearrange your itinerary, which is extremely helpful. You can use the itinerary to plan out how long each day will be or what you plan on doing each day of your trip. I did what seem to be bugs in certain areas. For example I was planning a trip that was going on the “Going to The Sun” road and for some reason it kept calculating the route going around the whole park to the other side. I later think this was because I was planning our trip early spring and the roads weren’t open.

Thank you for your positive feedback. You are right, routes are calculated by using today as the default date. This can lead to the mentioned issue. However you can press on the little settings wheel on a route section and set a date for it. This solves the issue since then the route section is recalculated using the given date.
Cost?
Why hide the subscription cost? Searched the site and the app. Ended up deleting

Easy to use
This is one of the best Travel Apps I have ever owned. I first did the month to month but quickly realized it would be better just to purchase it outright. I have currently have over 12 trips including two to Europe.
Best App Ever
One of the best apps for road trip planning, I am able to create many roadtrips with gas, hotel, restaurants along the way, allowing me to view estimated time. Love it.

Login per Email klappt überhaupt nicht. Hab auch keine Lust mehr, die App überhaupt zu testen
Wow. Useless money grab
The description said one thing, and then within 10 minutes of planning my first trip, every simple promised activity was betrayed by a plea for an upgrade to make it happen. In short, I couldn’t plan one simple trip without being shaken down. Shame on you. App deleted.

Ruined with new update
I am on my hands and knees, begging you to please fix your app. Updating my review because the additional updates still don’t resolve the issue. You need to add the distance between stops in the reorder & group section and allow us to see the map while moving stops. It is impossible to plan a roadtrip with lots of stops when you can’t see the distance between each and where each stop is. When you’re reordering the stops, you’re just blindly doing so, with no rhyme or reason. This app is now completely unusable for its entire purpose. I’ve been using it for years and have so many routes. I am begging you to fix it. At least add the distance between stops in the reorder & group section or allow us to move around stops again on the main screen. I’m trying to plan a couple roadtrips currently and it’s very very difficult to do so

Thank you for your review update. We will think about a solution for your use case. However, it will probably take some time to find a compromise between all requirements. Thank you for your review. I am very sorry that you don't like the new update. We decided to change it in this way since the previous method had some severe downsides. One problem was that there were technical issues when saving the new order, which we solved with the new reorder list. Another problem was that the list would sometimes get stuck, and it would then be impossible to move the items. And last but not least, it should make handling large lists with many stops and sections a lot easier. Maybe you saw that we released another update that already makes this list a bit easier to use, since we are using the same numbering now in both lists. I hope the app is still useful to you.
