Sessions log out automatically after inactivity, email verification is required at sign-up, delivery activity is written to a tamper-evident audit trail, and every request is encrypted in transit. LOCATION USE Couriers share location in the background only while an accepted delivery is in progress, so dispatchers and facilities can see the specimen's live position and ETA.
