RoamCX turns your iPhone into a native softphone for Amazon Connect — built for field engineers, mobile agents and anyone who works away from a desk. Sign in with your organisation's credentials and your iPhone becomes a fully functional Amazon Connect agent workstation. Take and make calls, manage your agent status and handle tasks, all from the phone in your pocket.
