Not working for iPhone SE 2020

App is downloaded but I’m not able to open it

Very easy

My Company User this Tool for desk booking. We are 350 Colleges in my Office in Berliner, about 2000 in Germany and about 10.000 world wide. And we don’t have any problems. It’s running very well. Usability is good!

Office view is very buggy

Office view is very buggy

Dead after latest update

iOS 26 with 365 this app never relaunches if you use app protection.

Office reservations is not working

This app stops working since 2 months. We can’t choose the office to reserve a desk.

Hard to know what to say

These apps are more fun to use if they actually work.

Functional with issues

Requires constant redownload or screen goes white

Worst App Ever

This is truly the worst app I have used, especially in a corporate environment. When it works it’s extremely slow, and it frequently doesn’t work at all. Same goes for the website. I hope this company is in the dirt soon.

Never works.

App refuses to work in normal commuting times, so I’m unable to book a desk. Incredibly frustrating.

I have no ability to sign in

I have three options to sign in. None of them work. Trying to use 365 sign in only gives me the option for the wrong account.

Terrible booking app

The multiple day booking feature is broken and has never worked.

Works fine for me, including SSO

Downloaded the app, entered my work email address at the first screen which redirected me to my company’s SSO login page. That then went through straight away (after the usual MFA code request), and then managed to book a desk straight away with no problem. Other floors loaded up quickly too. No problem whatsoever for me. Am typing this review after booking a desk straight after downloading the app, so haven’t used it for a long time.

The slowest app you will ever find

Very slow and laggy. It takes the app 5-10 seconds (or sometimes forever) to load a calendar, while any phone can show calendar without needing internet.

Switching between offices/floors also takes several seconds. Not to mention frequent issue of double bookings on the app/web.

But users review does not matter because as long as they signed the contract with a company, they got no interest to please you afterwards.
I can anticipate this company die soon whenever there is a decent competitor.

Using it cause I have to

I'm in Australia and my company has selected this product for our desk booking and it is lacking.
We only use it for basic desk booking functionality and it can't correctly show my location status on my profile page. It's seeming likely that it's a time zone issue.
I have reached out to the team and it has been over a month with no updates or resolution in sight. If you're going to offer a product to a country other than your own, this should have been considered.

Well done

This app is easy to use and works well. My only request is a location search as we are a large company with 50+ locations and scrolling to find the one you are looking for is daunting. You could also use a “favorites” button or sort the list of the “recently used” at the top.

Very laggy and slow

I find it quite laggy and slow when it comes to booking desks.

Sketchy privacy

I am required to check in from my device (my personal device I might add). There is no way to turn off location services for this app. So I have resorted to deleting it as soon as I check in each day. Tried to work around this by using the slack integration to no avail. Sysadmins, this app needs to give the user the ability to manage location services in the iOS interface. Do not implement Robin until the app is updated.

Why does it want to search my local network ?

I need to use this app to reserve a desk in the office. But today I got a request that it wanted to scan my local network to find ‘other device’.
Thanks but NO thanks.
Another hacked apps ? An embedded malware third party lib ?

Nice app

Really good app but it crashes every time I press exit on the booking confirmation screen. Using latest version with iPhone pro max 13. Should be an easy fix, look at your handler/ completion block for it

New logo sucks

The new app design logo looks bad
