4 days still no transfer
Said 1-3 days for bank tranfer. Almosy 5 days and nothing available. Slow bank.
Wire Transfers Very Slow
When I send a wire transfer, it typically takes less than an hour when I do it at my other banks. But with Robinhood Banking, it takes 3 hours plus. And similarly with receiving wire transfers, it takes at least an hour longer tor receive my wires than it would at other banks. Please fix your wire transfer process.

Kinda pointless having direct deposit if I never get paid on time. For some reason Robinhood banking doesn’t pay you early for direct deposit. Even though it says it does or will… transfers don’t work like they’re suppose to. Very buggy app overall

You idiots I can’t transfer my money from checking to savings to my external bank accounts whatever upgrade u did screwed it up if something ain’t broke don’t try changing it to many upgrades u screwed things ho turn it back I’m about to transfer all my money out and close this stupid account

Help organizing w/ color
Love it so much but one thing I think would help make it better would be making it to add different colors to the transactions to make it easier to organize, for example I can make the income or payment green so I can see easier when I last payed
transfer time
good app but the transfer times take absolutely forever. i started a transfer from my bank into my robinhood savings account friday. its now wednesday and it says “1-3” business but its been around 5 days so please either make it more accurate or make it faster, thank you.

Their AI docked my points
Their AI said I was using the card for business purchases, it flagged a donation to my church! Because of that they docked my points to 1 point per dollar spent for a year! They said they can’t over rule what their AI does.
Unacceptable! A complete joke! One of the biggest perks of the card for me was the points. I have no reason to use this card now.

Foreign transaction fee misleading
When I originally reviewed obtaining a Robinhood Gold card, it was advertised as having no foreign transaction fees. By the time I was eligible, that was no longer the case, but transparency of this change was inconsistent - you have to dig to get the information and then have to ask support to confirm timing. Not really what I was expecting. Fortunately I didn’t make the large purchase planned. Now my Robinhood Gold card has footnotes like all other cards in my wallet as to when I should or shouldn’t use it.
