Not that Great
Runs your Face ID twice before opening the app. After opening the app your accounts don’t load. Often times when attempting to make a transfer, the first time your accounts don’t show. You have to force stop the app, log in again and then attempt for your accounts to show. Small glitches and bugs that make the app frustrating to use. Most times I just log in on the website. If they work out the kinks it could be a decent app.

I love Robins as a bank and I love their card guard app but this app is awful. There’s so many glitches, and if you can even enter your account your lucky because I’ve been trying for the past 3 years to get inside my account and failing even after calling the customer service number provided.
Can not do transfers any more
The app will not let me do transfers from one account to another anymore. I have to go online and do it.

WHEN it works, it works fine. But lately (like others have mentioned recently) the money transfer option has been very buggy and unresponsive, leading users to have to completely delete the app, and reinstall it, and hope it fixes it.
Been banking with Robins for years with no issues, but this app NEEDS attention in 2026 and swiftly.

Straight garbage app!!!
No freaking way a banking app Is this terrible!!!!! Terrible at loading,have to force close it and reset it 50 freaking times(no this is no exaggeration at all!!!!),have to delete it and redownload it!!! Man fix yall freaking app bruh!!!!

Load times
I opened a savings account account with a maturity date when I’m in the app or online in general the “maturity options “ tab only loads and never shows what options I have, there isn’t a bank here for me to walk in and talk about it with since I currently moved out of town.

This app needs updating and some of the menu options are not available cannot access e-alerts and transfers options!!!!
Not able to log in
Has not allowed me to log in at all for the past year and a half, and will not allow me to change my password.
No tranfers after a certain time?
It’s weird, this app has never been great, but now I can’t transfer money within my own accounts after like 8:30PM. Apps should NOT close? What the heck? Y’all need to do better. Please work on this app. It doesn’t need to be special, just functional.
Slow and buggy
Really poor development for such a reputable bank. It cannot be that hard to interface with accounts and update in a timely fashion. No other bank app that I’ve ever used fails to show transactions nearly immediately. Sometimes this app does not update until the next morning.
