How does this app have such a high rating? Terrible and clunky. Had an account, now apparently I don’t tried to create again no go. Still use card though, at least that still works. You need to find a new developer, pronto.

I recently had an incident where the lady at the register did not know how to redeem an offer of discounted gas and when I contacted corporate they forwarded my info to the store manager at that point the manager Andrea called me herself to resolve the issue and made sure the staff was trained on how to redeem offers as well as showed me personally how to redeem any offers on the rocket app. I think this was very helpful and wonderful on her part and want to thank her and the staff for the quick response on the issue. They now redeem offers when I come in and purchase anything. Again Thank you Andrea.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t
The point benefits are great but the damn app chooses when it wants to work. When TRYING to fill up; the app allows you to do your transactions from the app… but DOES NOT always work… SOOO THEN YOU DONT GET THE 30 cents price reduction…It’s bad enough that Rocket stores are NOT everywhere so that u could just try another station.. you guys need to focus on your app working well if you’re ever going to grow

Your login sucks! I forgot my password and you are sending the code to my old phone number. No other option. You only send code to the phone and no option for email. You need to sack your software programmer. Great job!!!

Copperopolis Rocket
I have been going into the Copperopolis Rocket everyday for many years. I get there at 5:45 and have been able to buy a breakfast sandwich before I head in to work. Now that Donnie and Mike no longer work there, all of a sudden breakfast is hit or miss. Mostly miss. There are many that come into that store every morning and purchase breakfast. I’m sure I’m not the only one complaining. We have come to depend on our breakfast there. Please fix the problem. I hate to leave there for good, but that’s why I am there in the mornings.

1 out of 10 times I tried to redeem something using this app and only thing I was able to get was the usual free soda after buying so many. Not worth my time entering my number at the cashier or pulling out my phone . Uninstalling this asap and using other places for their better reward program
76 on Elverta road in Elverta CA.
I have been going to this 76 station for over 15 years now. The people and the atmosphere is really nice. It has a down home feeling about it. The station is clean. The bathroom is immaculate and available for customer use. I buy cigarettes and snacks there. Great station. They also accept kickback cards. The one in north highlands near 1-80 and water does not and he is mean and no bathrooms for customers and he nearly hit me for parking in his empty parking post on the corner to get a cell phone and be in a safe lit up parking lot. Please for your safety please do save yourself from the hostility and his brutality. I won’t ever do business there. Antelope, Ca store is where it’s happening!

Setting pin during install failed
Installed the app on iPhone and followed all prompts until the very end where you’re asked to set a four digit pin and it failed saying there was a problem. Workflow failed so I don’t trust this app it’s probably got security holes that are exploitable.
