This camera was good while it lasted Less than two years I email the company and they gave me instructions on how to trouble shot the camera I followed the directions and it kept saying poor connection n I could it make it work is a shame that these people are making these crappy product that did not last long enough n I paid more than a hundred dollars for it I think that company doesn't even making cameras anymore for now on I'm buying security cameras where the company is on US not these security cameras make on China that if people had a problem your are stuck with no way to resolved the issue it's worthless to get in touch with these people to trying and resolved the issue

App says no connection
this app won’t let me do anything. I’ve never had issues with this camera for over three years and out of nowhere I’m trying to login and every time I try to login it says connection network lost. I’ve done everything including deleting the app multiple times and re-downloading, checking to see if it was updated. Nothing will work at the app is broken.

No longer works!
This app doesn’t work anymore. First it doesn’t allow you to purchase the membership after the free trial expires. Then I won’t let you log in at all. It says “network connection poor”. There is no issue with the network or the camera because you can clearly see the camera is on and still recording but you can’t log in. TRASH!!!!!!

Comme les précédents commentaires, cela fait maintenant 3 semaines que je ne peux plus voir les et me connecter aux caméras que j’ai. J’ai un message d’erreur disant que j’ai un mauvais réseau wifi ou téléphonique.
Si ce problème pourrait se résoudre assez rapidement cela serai très appréciable

This app is deceiving American consumers
App no longer works
I have the same issue reported by other users. App is putting out “poor connection error“ not allowing it to work when there is definitely no poor connection issue . As a result the App no longer works at all. It appears it will not be fixed as enough time has already passed to do so. I have used the camera and app in the past with no issue. Now I will throw the camera in the garbage and move on to another camera not associated with this app or company.

Nouveau bug ?
Appli assez simple d’utilisation et interface agréable. Par contre depuis quelques jours je ne peux plus visualiser les vidéos dans l’app et impossible de me connecter à la caméra. J’ai un message d’erreur « votre connexion au réseau téléphonique est mauvaise». Pourtant , la caméra est connectée au wifi et mon wifi est ok. Idem si je veux sortir de veille mes autres cameras (opérations impossibles avec le même message d’erreur) Comment obtenir de l’aide svp?

App started saying this message anytime you tried to do anything. It basically will not allow you to do anything.

L’application ne fonctionne plus.. c’est dommage je n’arrive plus à me connecter et lorsque que j’essaye un message s’affiche en mettant « votre connexion au réseau téléphonique et mauvaise » malgré un bon réseau et le wifi nickel impossible aussi de crée un compte

Have had for couple years now all the sudden it’s telling me that I have poor network connection when I have got the strongest that you can get and everything is working perfectly except for this app there’s no way to contact anybody. Very poor customer service would not waste my money on it again.

I haven’t been able to access my camera for the last 2 days - keep getting the message “your phone network connection is poor” and there is nothing wrong with my phone or internet connection.
Flawed app on purpose
I took ke some time to figure this app after experiencing the same of other users who left a review here.
This app is definitely poorly designed. It errors out in iOS when you try to pay for a subscription after the trial period expires.
They haven’t fixed this issue and the solution is apparently block the app for the user making it throw an error “poor connection”.
Do not buy a camera that uses this app. You will regret.

Phone connection poor
What is that? My app quit working on Sunday with the phone connection poor warning. Can’t get it to work again. Tried reloading app but nothing.
Stopped working
app has stopped working. It says that the internet signal is weak and there is no way to access it. I hope they fix this.
