Ridiculous & Disrespectful!
This app is a freaking mess, I wanted to listen to my music in peace while doing any workouts, but no, you guys had to charge me $79 almost $80 almost $100, the worst is that you guys will charge some money if they have enough balance for one they bought it like I did after the two week subscription, I recommend you guys don't get this app, because I was forced to almost buy this thing instead of listening to music in peace, TOTAL MASSIVE RIP OFF! 👎 😠

Great App, needs more integration
I was looking for a music app and found RockMyRun. Absolutely fantastic music choice as has Christian music but it is a shame that it does not integrate with Garmin heart rate for the bpm selection. Many runners will use Garmin due to its running stats etc. would be 5 star if this function was available.

Stupid watch app
I specifically tried this app so that I could leave my phone behind while I go on my workouts. C25K uses Rock My Run and can't play music through your watch, so you have to either carry your phone so you can hear the interval instructions or use your watch, which supposedly gives you better tracking information, and forego the music.
I tried downloading this app to see if maybe it would close the gap, but it doesn't. What is the point of having a running music app for your watch that doesn't actually play music through your watch?

Won’t even open
I used to love this app. I got logged out somehow after paying for a year subscription. I tried to reconnect my Apple ID/restore purchase and it never went thru. I tried again today because I had such a great list of saved mixes, and I can’t even get the app to fully load to try to log in. I’ve deleted it and redownloaded it…nothing.

I download the app to try the 14 day trial and charges by credit $85. Not a good way to build customer confidence.

I find this app great. When I start to tire, put it on and it keeps me going during training or races.
However, recently, my Shokz Open Runs can no longer control the music. I cannot pause or skip. Please address and get back to being a 5 star experience especially as this is a paid subscriber.

Won’t work on my hone
It was very aggravating not to be able to make the app work after installation. I was not able to open it ever. I tried to cancel it so I reached out to them..they insisted on me working on the app with exhausting suggestions. I do not have the time do deal with the trouble. The subscription did not appeared under the usual “apple subscriptions” so I though maybe it was not working and perhaps it did not go through.. then they charged me and did not refund me. What a hassle!

Insane that there is no way to use this app for free. I used to love this app so much and now it’s all about the capital gains.
Skip to next track too limited and Billed without consent.
You have so few chances to skip to the next track that it’s unusable. Also, I was promised a free trial, but was billed.
Went from 10 ⭐️ to 2 after I bought a lifetime membership
When I bought this, you could skip as much as you liked. They also had the artists and song titles listed for the entire playlist. This provides better information when selecting playlists. Combined with the limited skips, removing the song title list significantly degrades the usability of this app. Sometimes I find I don’t care for the first several songs and then it gets good. Now I can no longer jump ahead. So in a 3 hour playlist, maybe I prefer than last hour but I can no longer get there.
It also seems like some songs have been removed from some of my favorite playlists though the playlist is still there. I know I contacted them about the skips change and was told this was a licensing requirement.
Given these restrictions, $8 a month (which I saw someone say was their cost) isn’t a reasonable price point.

They conveniently charge your bank account with no notice AND the app doesn’t even open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. Find another app. You have been warned.

I have been using Rock My Run for over 7 years now and I have loved it the entire time! They have the best mixes out there for pretty much any activity. I use them for running, working out and even studying.

Like the Music - Distance Tracking Way Off
While the music element of the app is great for a run, the metrics are all way off as it incorrectly lengthens the distance traveled. The worst disparity happened today when my run was .7 miles longer in Rock My Run than it was in my other running app. I mapped the distance in Google maps and Rock My Run is the app that got it way wrong. Hence, your pace, steps, etc are all incorrect to.
