PaceMonster
I started long distance running later in life and one of the key feedbacks I’ve gotten is to 1) stay consistent and 2) run with pace 165 or better. This is so tough when I’m listening to tracks that may steady my heart rate and simultaneously lower my step-pace. As such runo has been awesome to allow me to still listen to my music with consistent or intermittent (such a cool feature!!!) metronome assistance without stopping my tracks!
As a bonus the GPS embedded is incredibly accurate. I’ve already suggested to all my running buddies. Guess I’ll suggest it to you as well!

Response from developer
it’s great to hear runo is helping you in this way!!! thank you for the kind words!! if you have any feedback or request for features don’t hesitate to reach out to support@runoapp.com!
Terrible
You have to rate this app every single time you open it or try to use it. It won’t let you cancel within your free trial period and you’ll get charged. It doesn’t k keep one steady beat, instead you have to choose some sort of emphasis beat. I want one beat sound without emphasis on any single one throughout the whole cadence.

Not worth the price
The price is only $30 but honestly what are you getting for that? It’s tracking my run, but if you’re monitoring your cadence you’re probably already tracking your run in a different way.
I missed the deadline to cancel so I’m disappointed by that. There are also several tiers of subscription available in the App Store that are not shown within the app.

Disappointed
Disaster, only maybe 3/4 runs get saved and the remaining 1/4 would get corrupted or los t some way or another.

Not free. Data harvesting and time wasting, no trial
So sick of “free” apps that are not up front about no free trial period. Manipulative waste of human time to make us jump through hoops and then pressing start sends you to payment page.
Sucks. That’s 10 mins I won’t get back. You owe me.
You cant even try this app without signing up. And they are not up front an pi t it.
