Recently purchased a Specialized Evo. This app made setting up the tip and understanding the suspension much easier. Well done.

Why do I need a serial number to get setup information when I already have the product code?

Good app. Would be great(!) if we were allowed to either save just the model number to our garage, or custom set travel or damper specs for our serial-number saved forks.
Like another review said, it’s not user friendly to have to always do a model lookup on my fork to get tuning specs because I changed something from the factory (serial number) spec.

Dice que el máximo de presión en 94 psi cuando mi horquilla dice otro número, además, la configuración que recomendó no ayudó en nada. Tampoco tiene una guía para hacer bracketing o algo similar.
Can’t log in
Set up account and won’t connect or open to the account. Wants a serial number every time you try to use it. Would be grateful if it would work because there is some great info on there. Help?

Das grundlegende Prinzip der App finde ich sehr gut allerdings muss ich jedes Mal beim schließen der App mich neu anmelden das nervt.
Wrong max psi pressure for ZEB
The app says max pressure is 94 psi for a ZEB fork while the decal says max pressure is 148 psi. Support confirmed the app is wrong. Also recommended pressure is way too high for my rider weight. Off by more than 14 psi.
Not helpful
Bad app. Have to sign in every time and does not remember products on the garage. It also doesn’t give you any stating points on HSC and LSC
Won’t save login
Have to log in every time. Tedious. Not much tuning info. Could be much better.

Más que una aplicación que te ayude con tu horquilla, son solo accesos directos a manuales y demás temas útiles, pero la app en sí es innecesaria. Deberían mirar la app de Cannondale o la ProBiker Garage y sacar ideas. Por lo pronto, desinstalada
Needs Improvement
Was excited for this app but it is not as user friendly as it could be.
1.) Why is it required to have a serial number to add equipment to your Garage? I upgraded my Pike Select fully to where it’s basically an Ultimate but I can’t add the Ultimate to my account because my fork will always have the Select serial number. You should be able to add by model code or be able to add upgrades to equipment in your Garage. As it stands, the app readily tells you how to upgrade dampers and air springs but makes it super hard to get tuning information after you do so.
2.) Apple Passwords app doesn’t integrate to the in-app browser requiring you to manually enter your password every time. Also there’s no “Remember Me” option and the app logs you out often. SRAM account is unfortunately required.

Incompleta
App incompleta, no tiene sag o seteo para todos los componentes RockShox, uso monarch y sektor 2015/16, hasta chatgpt es mas preciso en ayudarte con el sag.
Decent spp
Its a decent app but the fact i have to log in every time I use it almost makes me not want to use it please fix this
Glitchy and inconsistent
Have to log in each time I use it. The app is just a wrapper to the website and doesn’t work without a network connection. The service manual section tells me to look up which model I have to determine the correct service kit. This is after putting in the serial number and registering the fork and the app recognizing said fork. When putting in weight it won’t allow me to change the units to kg without first selecting the current selection of lbs. The recommended starting pressure is different from the recommended pressure on the fork. The app just isn’t worth the effort, I’ll use the service manuals and fork tuning manual from the website. You folks can do better. I like the products but the app is a half baked afterthought.

I found this app to be a great tool to help find a good starting point when setting the sag on my new fork. Idk why this app isn’t well known, super useful. Well designed UI aswell.

Keine Daten mehr vorhanden
Leider funktioniert die App seit Tagen nicht mehr. Weder meine Bestand wird angezeigt, noch sind Neueingaben möglich.

Findet die Seriennummer nicht
APP ist nicht ausgereift! Wenn ich die Seriennummer eingebe, findet die APP meinen Dämfer nicht. Gebe ich die Modell IT ein, findet er zwar meinen Dämpfer, verlangt aber anschließend wieder die Seriennummer. Somit bekomme ich keine Infos und die APP ist nutzlos. Wollte nur wissen, wieviel PSI ich für mein Körpergewicht brauche. Finde auch keine PDF im Internet mit entsprechenden Daten.
