Bad mistake by Company for updating software
You can’t have any special characters in your Passwords or your Wi-Fi name or will not connect to your Roomba, i’ll have to buy a different brand

Already replaced three times
I have already had to replace the robot three times. In a span of less than a year. It will be a year in December. And tonight when I went to go start it the app was not working correctly. There are a lot of issues with them. The customer service is not great either.

I love my roomba, I use it every day. But the app really sucks. It’s super glitchy and unreliable. It never keeps up with where my robot is in the routine, and I often have to force quit it and restart it just to get it to work
