What’s the point?

I don’t understand the point of this app since it doesn’t work. It makes ordering difficult to do and the rewards are unavailable for use. In order to place an order, it opens up another browser and it never remembers you. You can’t apply the rewards and you can’t apply your points or see how much value they are.
