The Roto-Rooter App is quick and easy to use, very convenient to have an app for my plumbing needs! I highly recommend not only this app, but their service as well. Love the coupons!

I booked an appointment and was suggested to download the app to download coupons for my service-so I did. I went to the coupon page and it’s blank. So, if you’re getting it for the savings….dont bother. This review is solely on the app. Roto-Rooter themselves did a fantastic job.

Ok, so my sewer pipe may have been old but I don’t think there was a hole in it before they came. They charged an outrage fee for snaking and when the camera went down they found a hole. They send other guys for water clean up and within the hour they want 10k and promise that insurance will cover it. Slow down and get a real plumber.

UPDATE: Manager has reached out to “make things right”and says he is sending a check to pay for the tub they destroyed. Dehumidifier:That thing has probably been in so many sewage basements and crimescenes. He said it would ALL be covered by insurance. And it was at the time. Fast forward a few months and I realized why we were told not to shut our bathroom door because of the heat. It’s because the bathroom door was hiding 2 gaping holes in our tub and our drain was destroyed and probably the drain pipe. After over a month trying to get a hold of the manager, customer service and roto rooter corporate and just putting another help request ticket in they were all ignored. When he finally came out because I told him about the damage to our bathtub he admitted to it and said he and his boss would get together and figure something out with insurance. According to RR they’re still negotiating. According to insurance they’re not and they’ve left us with a big fat bill because instead of fixing the parts of our tub that they broke, the cut it up into sections and “disposed of it” saying it was my idea and now they won’t put a tub back in and my insurance won’t cover their incompetence. Seaking all avenues of rectification and letting the world know who they are dealing with.

Cannot set up properly….
The app has an address similar to mine, in another location. It won’t even let me pick my address in the list. The app is unresponsive to my taps.
Great experience
Super easy and intuitive to use. Personally loved the ability to track the service technician arrival and the service overall was great.
Missing invoice/service details
The app is OK for very basic things like knowing your tech is on the way and you’re basically forced to use it if you want their coupons. However, it lacks any details about your service. You can’t look at invoices, notes from the service or anything else. History just says you had this service on this date.

Can not get passed the screen asking you to turn on notifications because the button to accept is cropped off the screen.

I scheduled an appointment and received a text telling me I could track the technician if I downloaded this app. It doesn't work and never tracked any of the two appointments I scheduled, forcing me to call them to find out what was going on. Completely useless.
