Too many bugs
I’ve had way too many problems trying to use this app. At first, I couldn’t login through the app. I could go online and login but anytime I tried using the app. It wouldn’t let me login. Now I can login, but, half the time I try to go look at my stuff, the app won’t open. When it does work, it is quite nice.

This App is Terrible
I have not been able to use this app for months to pay my mortgage because an error occurs every time I log in. It’s 2026 hire the right people to fix this app because it’s ridiculous at this point.
Ripoff
So far I have paid over $3,000 and not received credit. Even my bank faxed them two times with the verification but account has not been credited!🤬.
I will say to start it was almost $10,000 and with the help of my bank I have only received partial credit and late fees were not removed from the account. If I could find a lower interest mortgage I would dump RoundPoint immediately!

App not working
Last 3 months it gives an error stating “sorry we don’t recognize that log in, etc” have to go online instead of app to pay!

This app makes me change my password every single month and it takes 10 minutes and it’s frustrating that everyone I’m prompted I have to go through the task of changing my password
Worst Customer Service Ever
Typical big bank mentality of screw the good client - no ownership of their error and they don’t care. Never got the call back from a supervisor as promised and no email communication from the 3 emails I sent! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Has no function on 12 Pro
This app has not worked for months, an error pops up every time I attempt to log in. I have to pay my mortgage through a browser every time.
The Worst Mortgage Company EVER!
Do not choose this company to hold your mortgage! They are so unprofessional. In the last month I have run into 2 major issues. One being pulling my mortgage out of my bank account TWICE overdrawing my bank account and now they’re saying it wants their fault and I have to pay a $50.00 return check fee although when I first talked to them they admitted they pulled my mortgage out of my bank account TWICE! As a first-time homebuyer this is the worse experience in my first year of home ownership I never thought I would have. I am in the process of refinancing my loan somewhere as I’m trying this. Goodbye good riddance!

RoundPoint Paperless Nonsense
Because I did not opt in for paperless, the app puts a screen before the login to reconfirm my paperless choice, EVERY SINGLE TIME I open the app. This is absurd. Devs: Please remove this unnecessary screen!
Terrible customer service
The last year of the loan and one was late due to a banking error. Late fee was not removed as asked. This is ridiculous, no courtesy after 14 years. F this company
Not happy
I prefer to have a loan serviced by a company that makes fewer mistakes, that has a system with more information about the number of years taken off loan due to additional payments on principal being made. I would also like to see all of the actions taken or made on my account., not a select few. My account activities look as if I paid late and that’s not the case. I pray for better services from a this company or for a new services.
