Billing issues
My experience with Row House College Stationβs billing and cancellation process was very frustrating. I signed up under a promotion, later submitted cancellation forms, and was still charged $199, including extra returned payment and late fees. After multiple follow-ups and working with my bank, my account was finally confirmed canceled with no future charges, but the added fees were not refunded. I recommend reading the terms carefully, saving all communication, and getting everything in writing before signing up.

App features are mostly as expected but I can find no way to know when my class credits expire / when the next month will be billed/reset. Because billing is every 28 days and not monthly, the rollover date is variable. The app shows how many class credits remain, but not for how long.
Not thrilled
Was pretty amazed at the factor it was off from a C2 rower computer. Interestingly there are no calibration functions built into the app so all meters are computed by weight and power I guess. So thatβs leaves the door wide open for people to weight dope. Besides that, the graphics on AppleTV are very poor. The AppleTV interface with the touchpad are awful. This should be changed to using the up/down/left/right to select things. Was hoping for a Zwift type experience but guess it isnβt needed since my eyes are closed a significant amount of the time anyways. Didnβt see a single other rower will doing 10k meters, rowing after an apocalypse I guess.

Great, with one exception
Great app. Works as expected except for one issue: I always get an error when updating my spot for a ClassPass class.

Booking issues
There are issues with the calendar and booking for the last several months. It should allow to just click a day on the calendar to book.
The only way to exercise
Row House has it all. Engaging and professional coaches with a variety of classes and workouts. Multiple classes throughout the day to fit any schedule. I look forward to every workout! Canβt recommend enough.
Great Fitness Application
I love my Row House app. I can book my Row sessions, check in and even pick my favorite erg easily. I can keep track of my progress and special promotions. Especially like group goals that are set and kept track on the application.

Missing Stats
Thereβs an inconsistency with stats showing up on my app. I joined last month and so far have attended 11 classes. Distance only appears for five of those. The only stat that shows consistently is duration. All of the others are missing several workouts. I do use an Apple Watch and use the Row House app on it to track workouts.

Too quick to expire
Classes are great and fun. But recommend not buying class packages. They have an very fast cancellation policy especially if you like to just do it every once in awhile to maintain your other gym practices. Itβs soured me on the brand.

App not working. Keeps saying try again and wonβt let me edit my card details.

Love the classes
I donβt really like the gym very much, but this place is fun and motivating. Good, low impact exercise. Even in the 30 min class I feel like Iβve had a good workout.
EXHILARATING
The most exciting, team-sharing physical activity Iβve ever experienced. I truly look forward to my weekly Row House workouts. All of the coaches are extremely inspiring, and they lead me to do my best. I have added Row House to my swimming, treadmill/elliptical, and free weights workout regimen. My wife also enjoys coming with me to our Chesterfield location for terrific workouts as well!

I love the full body focus, high intensity, and low-impact classes at Row House! So many great instructors too

Just took Declanβs class. Really enjoyed it. He had me really locked in on my form. Really like Brit as well.
Progress
Iβm here for my heart. Iβm getting stronger in my shoulders even though both shoulders are blown out. I canβt do a lot of the floor work but I make up my own stuff. I like it here I can go at my own pace and Iβm getting stronger every time I go :)
Error message
Love, love this app, it keeps me accountable. However there is an error message that keeps popping up since the studio that I belonged to, closed. I have tried to Β« unliked Β» that studio but it wonβt let me.
First Timer
I absolutely loved the whole package
The gym, the cleanliness,the energy, the coach Coleen, the atmosphere;and of course, the rowing! Hope to one day get that correct form down!
