Billing issues
My experience with Row House College Station’s billing and cancellation process was very frustrating. I signed up under a promotion, later submitted cancellation forms, and was still charged $199, including extra returned payment and late fees. After multiple follow-ups and working with my bank, my account was finally confirmed canceled with no future charges, but the added fees were not refunded. I recommend reading the terms carefully, saving all communication, and getting everything in writing before signing up.

App features are mostly as expected but I can find no way to know when my class credits expire / when the next month will be billed/reset. Because billing is every 28 days and not monthly, the rollover date is variable. The app shows how many class credits remain, but not for how long.
Not thrilled
Was pretty amazed at the factor it was off from a C2 rower computer. Interestingly there are no calibration functions built into the app so all meters are computed by weight and power I guess. So that’s leaves the door wide open for people to weight dope. Besides that, the graphics on AppleTV are very poor. The AppleTV interface with the touchpad are awful. This should be changed to using the up/down/left/right to select things. Was hoping for a Zwift type experience but guess it isn’t needed since my eyes are closed a significant amount of the time anyways. Didn’t see a single other rower will doing 10k meters, rowing after an apocalypse I guess.

Great app. Works as expected except for one issue: I always get an error when updating my spot for a ClassPass class.
