Part of it travels with each message you send — your notes, your conditions and your medication list — because that is how the reply knows your history: it goes to our server and on to Anthropic, or to a failover provider named in our privacy policy when Anthropic is unavailable. If you use the microphone instead of typing, that recording is sent the same way to be turned into text — the audio itself is never stored, and the words simply land in the message box for you to read and send. You can export everything or delete it whenever you want, and deleting erases the copy on your phone and the copy on our server. No ads, no data sales, no trackers.
