I booked a rental 2wheeler in Ahmedabad..The booking was done by me for my husband,so I uploaded his documents in that bt at the time of pick up,he denied to give as booking name my mine and documents was of my husband..And we have to go for some emergency,I called customer care many times no one answered,Then I tried watsap customer care,Sthitiprajna was the one who helped me to solve my problems in just seconds..I m so thankful that they has solve my problem….Thank you so so much always grateful to you..💯

Experience is better than expectations
My experience is good with royal brothers. I did not expected this. Really really good service By royal brothers and their staffs from customer support to store person.
But I strongly disappointed with helmet. It was a bad experience. There is only one size helmet and that does not fit everyone. It's really low quality helmet and I was unable to ride bike properly because of helmet. I suggest to replace these cheap and over size helmets. I booked a gxr bike but unable to ride it properly because of this cheap and over size helmets. Cheap also accepted if it fits.
I was booked the bike at Bhubaneswar.
Everything else is perfect. This helmet thing is damaging the image of the brand.

Reliable and affordable bike rental across India
I’ve been using Royal Brothers since at least 5 years and it’s been very good experience for travelers. Yes I’ve had one or two hiccups here and there due to some local issues but they get resolved, as the rules are there predefined.
It is extremely cheap if you go for long term weekly/monthly rentals, no one has been able to beat the prices and I’m saying it after using it for 4 to 5 times before.
Going with RB has helped avoiding hassles dealing with local guys too and once you know the process renting becomes very easy.

Faulty Bike and Endless Delay for a Simple rental Refund
Very disappointing experience. The bike KTM 390 delivered to me was not rideable condition, forcing me to safely park it at their PNR Square location within a few hours based on support inputs over phone and WhatsApp. I had also filled 8 litres of fuel, which remained unused due to the bike’s condition and was later confirmed by their garage manager and technician. While support committed for booking & fuel refund, but getting the reimbursement turned into a frustrating process with multiple follow-ups over 6+ days, repeated sharing of proofs, and no clear timeline from support. The on-ground garage staff were helpful, but the overall support and refund handling process was extremely slow and poorly managed. Not the experience you expect when renting from a premium bike platform.

Don’t Book with Royal Brothers they don’t have proper service.. they just ask us to stay online and write a review.. that is best thing they can do I reached my pickup location and then the pick up person says bike is damaged cancel your ride and I have been calling customer case since 12:30 pm my phone is kept in waiting … never believe such fake service providers who don’t care for customers.. earlier yesterday’sride they gave a damaged bike it broke down half trip I got it repaired at local mechanic when asked customer care they say kindly take to local mechanic

Service Assistance with booking was slependid
When we made a mistake match booking by creating a profile with one name and uploading the documents with different they were able to assist me through the phone on how I can get the issues fixed by creating a new account on my name and getting it verified such that the booking would be successful and I can get the bikes without any issues even the document uploading and verification were super simple and were clear on what documents required and what data will be gathered from Digi locker and the time period it will have our information

Providing bike with failed brake
I booked a bike from marathalli ORR. They provided pathetic bike with failed rear brake which almost led to an accident. Worst part is their online representative does not believe customers at all when 2 of 3 store representative lied about bike being ok and declaring it as comfortability issue. When 3rd executive finally accepted of the fact that rear brakes do not work at all then their resolution for it was providing refund excluding fuel that was put in or downgrade to a lower cc bike at an extra price.

Terrible Service. Rudeness at Its Peak
My recent rental of a KTM Duke 200 from Royal Brothers was nothing short of infuriating. The staff’s behaviour was shockingly disrespectful, and the level of rudeness I encountered —especially Sumit and another person with Sumit in the morning hours— was completely unacceptable for any customer-facing business. I returned the bike with around 2 litres of fuel, yet their attitude was dismissive, arrogant, and outright hostile.
This outlet operates with zero professionalism and even less regard for customers. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid renting from this place altogether. There are plenty of rental services that actually understand basic courtesy — unfortunately, this is not one of them.

Avoid them - Pathetic customer service and no concern for customer discomfort
Booked and picked up a Royal Enfield Classic yesterday from Yeshwantpur, Bangalore.
Got it fuelled up and on the way back home, the bike stalled and would not start.
Called customer service multiple times but all they do is either disconnect the call or tell that they will forward to road side assistance but there also no one answers your call.
On WhatsApp chat also they do not respond.
At the time of writing this review, it has been over 12 hours and still no technician has come to check the bike.
Even after explaining multiple times that I’m stranded on the road, they do not bother. Imagine if this happens near a remote area, the customer is totally at their own risk.
They charge the money upfront but don’t show even basic concern for customer problems.
I realise now that it was a big mistake booking a vehicle with Royal Brothers and advise everyone else also to avoid them.
