Poor service and customer protection

The car providers often delay and cancel, and Zoomcar doesn not inform or make any alternate arrangements. You are left at the mercy of provider or have to find alternates even if they cancel at the last moment. Horrendous

If you are reading this comment, please do not trust this business, they’ll rip you off, they would charge you premium charge and after than again they would ask you to pay security deposit, Initially they would say that they will refund the security deposit but after completing ride they will deduct from deposit and ask you to contact Host, if you value your money then do not trust this platform.
